Excellent place, second time that the family stays here, has everything , even implements for cleaning, I recommend their house, they will enjoy them for sure. We had a filtration issue that was reported to Macarena but nothing to ruin the weekend.

Bernardita was such a great and helpful host. She went over and beyond for us when my wife left her AirPods at the house. She went out of her way to get us the AirPods. She was also very accommodating and made sure we were comfortable during our stay.

It was an excellent experience staying at Juan's house. The house is beautiful, comfortable, clean and very organized, it had everything you need to make our stay a wonderful experience. We travel as a family, with our dogs included, and we had a great time! The check-in and check-out was very flexible, which we appreciated and Juan was always very attentive to our needs. The house is very nice and comfortable, it's as it appears in the ad, super clean and large! The sofa bed was spectacular, even though it wasn't that hot, we still used the pool, super good. The house also has an excellent stove. In general, everything was very good. The only thing was the chlorine in the tub, which was very strong the first night and we couldn't get in, but we told Paula and she solved it super fast and gave us an extra night, for the inconvenience. After that, the tub worked perfectly, super relaxing, so we hope to return. 100% recommended.

A very nice place to rest. The cabin is a very warm home, it feels like a warm home. I went with my family and we fell in love with the place. The rooms and the whole house have heating. At night we could see the stars, and breathe fresh air. The view of the mountain range is beautiful. The snow was very close, so it was wonderful. I recommend it and I would come back.

The house is as shown in the images...very comfortable. As a suggestion, I would put a handrail on the stairs and still leave a spare key, because sometimes people want to go to different places. The rooms have an incredible view of the Andes, it's heated, the shower works well, in short, everything is perfect.

It was our first time in Pirque and the experience was very positive. We went with my partner and our dog, and from the moment we felt very comfortable and well received. The tinaja was at the perfect temperature which made the stay even more enjoyable at this time of fall. We had an excellent experience, since we arrived everything was impeccable, clean and tidy. The house is spacious, comfortable and perfectly equipped for a good stay. We felt very safe throughout our stay, which helps a lot to have peace of mind. The hosts were very helpful and concerned at all times. Communication with them flowed easily and quickly, always ready to answer any questions. We traveled with our two dogs and it was a pleasant surprise to find that the space was also designed for them, they even had their own bed! This made the experience even more special. The television and internet signal worked without any problems, which is appreciated when you want to rest but also be connected. The jar and pool are well maintained. In short, a 100% recommended house for families with children and pets. Would love to come back.
