There is no telephone network in the house, which makes the stay more special, but it does have Wi-Fi. Ideal for a retreat away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and city stress. Cozy cottage, set in a serene and natural Alentejo hill with about 4 hectares. In the heart of the Serra de S.Mamede Natural Park, it is surrounded by a wide variety of indigenous flora, such as cork oaks, olive trees, oaks or fruit trees. Crossed by the river Sever and a stream that invites to refreshing baths for its countless waterfalls. It also has two real natural pools, old reused irrigation tanks.

Quinta das Sesmarias is located on the urban outskirts of Vila de Alcains, a 3.5-hectare property that maintains the rural characteristics of the early 20th century. The first construction dates back to 1928 and was recovered in 2002 in the form of a villa. Visitors' rest and well-being are ensured by a peaceful environment in contact with nature.
