Very good place, clean, organized and with a beautiful view, ideal for those seeking peace and tranquility! Fábio always provided support when necessary and made the instructions for using the house and its resources clear and easy. I went with my wife and my 1 year and 5 month old daughter, and it was a great experience for us, we created many good memories and each space in the house brings a different family dynamic.

The experience was sensational, the space is delightful and super cozy, the service is great, we were very well received and the view is inexplicably beautiful, we really enjoyed staying in the hammock and in the jacuzzi enjoying the view. We recommend it and want to return!

The village that the house of Marquesa is located is a place of great peace and with a lot of nature. They were rest days with great comfort. The site is rustic with all the amenities that my family and I need. The location is very good, close to the city center.. Itamar has always served us very well, politely and with great sympathy.

The villa is charming: super-equipped, comfortable and extremely cozy, designed in the smallest details to deliver an amazing experience. The heated swimming pool overlooking the farm is a separate chapter — it's impossible not to relax there! The hosts, Augusto and Luciana, are amazing people: caring, caring, and very receptive. City Hall made all the difference in our stay. And how not to mention the farm animals? A real show apart! Zeca, Teresa, Mel and the other companions made the atmosphere even more special and fun. No doubt, a place to come back many and many times!

Excellent accommodation! The house and the surrounding landscape are even more beautiful in person, huge contact with nature (we even found many spiders, but we understand that any environment like this will have them). I was very pleased that the house was fenced because I could let my dog loose without any problem. The kitchen was stocked with all the utensils we needed, in fact, the whole environment. We only had to bring linens, towels and toilet paper. It's about 20 minutes from downtown. However, it is close to two waterfalls (ofuro and Cachoeira do Matão). Daiane gave us all the information very clearly and attentively. An addendum is that to get into the house, the ramp is a little complicated, so sometimes you have to go down and start over. We intend to return!

Quiet stay. Reserved and pleasant place. The photos correspond well to what we found. Very fast access to local shops. New sheets. One caveat we noted, as in another evaluation, was regarding the water flow in the main bathroom. It needs an URGENT repair. Very little running water... I also thought that I could be warned that the place did not have toilet paper. Only these things bothered us a little.

We stayed in the house for a weekend with a large group of 16 and the experience was excellent. The house is spacious, very well equipped and comfortably accommodates all guests, with quality beds and pleasant common areas. All environments were clean and well organized upon arrival. The kitchen has good structure, which made the group meals a lot easier. The host was attentive and responded quickly whenever we needed. Adriana and João are very easy-going when it comes to hosting. When we arrived, the house was very clean and smelling. The view from the kitchen window and the left side of the house is beautiful. The front of the house overlooks a sunflower plantation, where you can't see the horizon. The right side of the house overlooks a rural neighborhood with a beautiful little church. Bring food to the house, if something is missing, it is far from the city. If it rains, the dirt road is good. The neighborhood is very rural!! You wake up to the sound of roosters crowing and cows mooing!! The bed is very comfortable!! The only thing I missed was hot water to wash dishes in the 7° cold. The experience was pleasant and good ☺️

Everything was very good. Maurício was extremely kind and helpful. Initially, I thought the house was a little far from Santo Antônio do Pinhal, but I soon discovered that it is halfway between Santo Antônio do Pinhal and São Bento do Sapucaí. Perfect location!!! I definitely intend to return!!

Our group of 10 had the absolute best time! It really is well equipped and has everything, we loved the glass room and the sauna. The house is very comfortable and warm even without the heating. We felt super safe on the premises, but it has a very steep and tight climb that can be a little difficult to climb with a weaker car. In addition, we also found it necessary to do some maintenance on the house, mainly considering the kitchen cabinets and some bathrooms such as the master suite.

Liamara, a very attentive host, always provided clarification to the questions we raised from the beginning. The space, with several rooms, fully met our expectations, in addition to an excellent location, between mountains, with fresh air, absolute silence and suitable for recharging the batteries to face the day to day. Stay, adding my three children, with the objective of reflecting on the future of our family and direction, was absolute success with a high contribution from the leased space. The co-host Mr. Antonio was extremely friendly and helpful in the questions asked. My eldest son, Fabiano, will return in July with his beautiful family, a demonstration of an unquestionable taste and satisfaction for the place and above all for what it offers us. See you!!!

Ana's place is the perfect place to reconnect and relax! It is thirty minutes from the city, which guarantees total privacy and silence. The view really is fantastic! The house is very beautiful and comfortable: several rooms, sofas, armchairs, reading corners, toy room and outdoor playground for children, well-equipped kitchen, barbecue and very pleasant outdoor area. Very comfortable rooms, with superior quality linens and towels. The heated pool was really nice and warm, and even at 19 degrees we were able to enjoy it every day. In January it usually rains in the region and at night, because it is in a very high place, the temperature drops a lot. We lit the fireplaces and the house was super cozy. The good taste in the decoration of the house is a point to be highlighted, every corner, every wall, every lamp and cushion has its particular beauty. Anyway, it makes you not want to leave! Ana was very kind to us and the caretakers Adriel and Raquel were also great!

The campfire experience and baking corn, pinion and sweet potatoes like in the good times was amazing. The visit of birds of the most varied species was unexpected, but a lot of connection with nature. Too much worth it.
