Waterfront holiday rentals in Santo Domingo Oeste

The place is beautiful and comfortable. I really enjoyed my 3 nights there. It was very clean and everything is easy to use. You get a taste of Dominican line by talking with the neighbors and it’s also close to the Boardwalk /Malecon where everybody likes to hang out. It is very secure, I felt very safe, the bedroom is in the back so no noise from the street. From the balcony on your left you can see the ocean and palm trees and feel the breeze at night. In the morning you can hear sometimes the neighbors downstairs chatting in an inner courtyard but it ain’t loud . I loved it. You gonna love it too.

It was a very peaceful place to stay

I have been renting from Nydia for the last 2 years, and she has been consistently amazing to work with. The apartment is amazing just what we needed. The lobby staff friendly and professional. Loved the little marker just next to the lobby which holds a little bit of anything you may need.

I recommend this place 100%, very nice and comfortable, it has everything you need both in the kitchen and in the bathroom, in addition to the very attentive hostess.

Quiet, Private, close to lot of places

our stay here was everything and more!! House is probably best house on the street. The backyard was EVERYTHING!! The neighborhood, although looked sketchy at first look, actually was peaceful and quiet. NO PROBLEMS. If i were going to stay in the Carolina area again I'd stay here again....central to all the areas i needed to visit.

This is a perfect location for a group. Each room is essentially an efficiency apartment with a small kitchen and bath. The history is evident and I love this part of the city. I recommend it highly. The pool however does not get much sun, but it’s charming and good for a dip!

Enjoyed my stay at the Casita Colonial. The apartment was as advertised and located in a safe area within the Colonial Zone, only a block away from the coast, a short walking distance to many restaurants and a 10-minute walk to the major supermarket…a small market is also across the street. The host was very friendly and accommodated an early check-in, meeting me at the apartment to explain how to use the water pump, clothes washer, centrifuge dryer, etc. She was responsive to all questions that I had and recommended some nice restaurants. I would stay again and recommend to others for an authentic Santo Domingo experience. Thanks!

Home is located very close to Palenque beach. It is under 10 mins walking to get to the beach and/or local restaurants. The home is very cozy with comfy beds and ACs. Host is extremely attentive and responsible.

Spacious and beautiful apartment, with all the amenities for a quiet and comfortable stay. With good parking and security at all hours. The area is very quiet, clean and close to everything. The esplanade is close by for a walk. Orlando accommodated us with some requests that we had in a comprehensive, flexible and friendly way. He was very respectful and helpful. I totally recommend it and we'll be back. Thank you very much!

This apartment is a wonderful location to explore the colonial zone. The dipping pool is perfect after a hot day of walking in the city. It’s very clean and relaxing.

I stayed at this air bnb for 3 weeks and I can honestly say I felt like I was at home. It was so clean when I got there, he made the access to the apartment easy and safe. Dani was amazing. He was very responsive friendly and was always happy to help. Despite being delayed on our arrival Dani waited a long time to make sure that everything was ok. I will definitely be staying here again!
