Holiday rentals with a patio in Santo Tomas

Tout était parfait, nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans un appartement et un environnement très agréable, très bien entretenu et très calme Mention speciale pour l'espace piscine très agréable pour démarrer et finir la journée. Raoul et Véronica ont été très réactifs et soucieux de notre bien être. On recommande vivement.

Génial ! Je recommande, l’appartement est superbe. Bien placé, conforme à la description et la piscine représente un vrai plus. Nous sommes ravies de notre séjour et nous avons déjà hâte d’y retourner !

Javier ci ha accolti in aeroporto, aiutandoci in tutto gli aspetti logistici. Ci ha accompagnati fino alla casa sita in Son Bou in un bel residence in zona tranquilla ma vicina a tutti i servizi. L'appartamento, con un terrazzino abitabile con vista su giardino e piscina, era ben dotato, pulito e con un'ottima volumetria. Nelle camere ci sono ventilatori a soffitto mentre il soggiorno non era dotato di aria condizionata ma nel periodo in cui siamo andati non è stato un problema. É disponibile il Wi-Fi, la lavatrice, il bollitore, il microonde e il ferro da stiro mentre non ci sono la lavastoviglie e l' asciuga capelli. Nel complesso è stato un soggiorno molto confortevole.

Wir hatten 7 wundervolle Tage in der gemütlichen Wohnung. Obwohl es Anfang Juni tagsüber schon ziemlich heiß war, konnte man nachts gut kühl durchlüften. Zusätzlich gibt es auch eine Klimaanlage. Die Luftfeuchtigkeit auf Menorca kann sehr hoch sein. Vom Balkon (mit Markise) hat man einen wunderschönen Ausblick aufs Meer. Direkt hinter der Wohnung liegt der Pool im sehr schön angelegten und ruhigen Garten. Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden. Die Umgebung ist sehr steil, man sollte gut zu Fuß sein. Bis zum Meer geht man ca. 20-30 min. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht. Gasherd (kein Backofen), großer Kühlschrank, Kleingeräte und Waschmaschine, Strandequipment mit Schirm und Fernglas. Die Sauberkeit war in Ordnung, nicht ganz perfekt. Carmen war immer schnell erreichbar, sehr freundlich und konnte gute Empfehlungen geben. Muchas Gracias.

Logement parfait : très fonctionnel et accueillant. Très bon emplacement. Environnement calme et de qualité. Hôte réactif et instructions très claires. Tout est irréprochable. La proximité de Ciutadella est un atout.

Lovely place just minutes from the beach in Menorca. Ivan was a great host, always responsive and offering wonderful recommendations for the area.

We had a great stay. The area was very quiet. When we asked about a kettle one was purchased for us. Don't forget a torch if coming back in the dark as the lockbox was too dark to see. A few instructions in English for the cooker and washing machine would have been useful but worked it out eventually.

An excellent stay at this apartment Communication with Steve was efficient and detailed when booking, on arrival and during the stay The property is on a quiet residential street, short walk to the beach and with plenty of free parking nearby. Property was well equipped, clean, comfortable and the bonus of pool use and outdoor space. Great value, smooth experience and would gladly recommend

We had a wonderful week in Joesp’s villa. It was immaculately clean, spacious and well equipped for 6 adults and 3 children. Couldn’t get the children out of the pool! The location was quiet. 5 minute walk to supermarket and 10 minutes to centre/restaurants and beach. Would highly recommend and hope to return.

Emplacement idéal , proche de la station de bus , commerce à proximité , calme . Maison élégante et raffinée, il ne manque rien !

Dreamy stay - well equipped and located place. My standouts: sunny breakfast on the terrace in the morning; a short drive from Ciutadella but also walkable distance to many shops, restaurants if you don’t feel like driving. Just as advertised, plus the small details like Tupperware’s, beach towels and parasol available to pack for picnics. Thanks to the host :) would highly recommend!

We were delighted to find so many things included in the package. A well maintained pool, a super jacuzzi, everything you could ever need in the kitchen ( that we frequently used ) aircon in most rooms. Double glassing all over. The locality has a host of restaurants and bars within minutes as well as supermarkets with freshly baked bread. Yet the area of the villa is mainly quiet The beach is well reported on line and is brilliant. We highly recommend this villa.

This house is in a wonderful location just a few steps from a pristine sandy beach. It is perfect for families and groups of friends. The house is extremely well equipped, with everything you need for a carefree stay. Prado was extremely helpful and very accommodating, we had a wonderful holiday and were sad to leave. We will definitely return soon The 4 bathrooms are great and there was lovely shower gel and shampoo. The balcony is perfect for el fresco dining with a lovely large table and beautiful lounge furniture we enjoyed listening to the sound of the waves, There is a lovely restaurant just a few minutes away which I would highly recommend, Viva La Pepe And there is a walkable supermarket for fresh bread, The Kayak is a great addition and we had great fun exploring the coves. The house is both spacious and private, One of the best places I have stayed in. Highly recommended.

Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Séraphin lors de notre arrivée. Il nous a présenté la maison et nous a indiqué tout ce qu'il y avait à découvrir dans la région (plages,restaurants,commerces). La maison est parfaite et fidèle aux photos de l'annonce. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la piscine avec nos enfants et le petit truc en plus la table de ping pong située à l'ombre. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable chez Frederico, la résidence est très jolie et très calme, la plage juste à côté, une belle piscine également, Frederico a été très réactif quand nous avons eu un léger soucis d’eau chaude. Seul petit point c’est que l’hôtel de l’autre côté de la rue est un peu bruyant à certaines heures, le reste est parfait !

2-13 June 25. Nacho and Leticia were fabulous! great coms and good English. Lots of recommendations. It was clean, tidy and comfortable. VERY peaceful place (approx 20 ground floor apartments), so much so that it was like having our own private pool 95% of the time! Restaurants and well stocked supermarkets in walking distance, however, we hired a car and explored! Go to Cala Santadria and Restaurant Sa Nacra (splash out and have the lobster broth for 2)... it won't disappoint! and the restaurant is fab, great sunset! walk past it and go down the paths to the rocks, so beautiful and great for sun bathing, swimming and snorkelling and go further round to Sa Caleta. We also hired a couple of mountain e-bikes (from near the supermarkets) and did the 'easy route' (not so easy) but stunning and lots more awesome coves and beaches (take food and water!). Overall, a lovely relaxing and peaceful stay that really did the job! Thank you Nacos and Leticia xxx

Super séjour , je recommande ce logement surtout avec des enfants c’est parfait ! La résidence avec les piscines, le parc de jeux, le supermarché, la plage et des restaurants sont tout proches c’est génial. Rober a été très agréable et disponible :-).

Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Direkt am Meer. Alles was man braucht war vorhanden. Sehr sauber und makellos eingerichtet. Immer wieder gerne.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die kleine Terrasse lud zu jeder Tageszeit zum Sitzen ein. Die Aussendusche war ein pures Vergnügen, die Klimaanlage kühlte ruck zuck den Raum.... Der Kontakt mit Jordi war problemlos und unterstützend. Von diesem Standort konnten wir viel unternehmen. Mit dem Kajak haben wir schöne Buchten entlang der Küste entdeckt ....wir hatten eine sehr schöne Urlaubswoche.

Un endroit merveilleux... N hésitez pas, c est un véritable havre de paix. La résidence est sublime, l appartement est tout confort, et très propre. La plage à 10 minutes à pieds est un vraie plus. La mer est visible depuis le balcon. Je salue aussi la réactivité de Luis qui est un super hôte.

Apartamento bem localizado, perto da praia e de restaurantes e supermercados. Estacionamento gratuito. Limpa e bem equipada. Boa qualidade/preço

Piso inmejorable en cala Galdana, a 3 minutos andando de Cala Galdana, donde encontrarás un ambiente tranquilo, aguas turquesas, chiringuito y hamacas. Tenéis cerca los mejores Restaurant de la Cala como lo es Trevi, El mirador, mitjana y franchesca. Además de supermercados. Si deseas ver espectáculos en vivo todas las noche a escasos minutos tenéis el hotel melia. Frente al apartamento tenéis parking para el coche (siempre encontrarás una plaza). Si deseas usar taxi frente a la cala tenéis una línea, pero te aseguro que andando consigues todo lo que necesitas. El piso es tal como está en las fotos, aunque lo mejor es que te sentirás como en casa xq tienes de todo, el aireacondicionado funciona excelente, una terraza con vistas espectaculares, súper limpio y a pesar que estas muy cerca de todo, en las noches no se escucha ningún ruido. La anfitriona te ayudará en todo lo que necesites, amable, educada, siempre dispuesta a buscar soluciones a lo q necesites y colaborar. Volveré gracias

We (gezin met 2 kinderen van 8 en 10 jaar) hebben ontzettend genoten van ons verblijf in dit fantastische appartement. De eigenaren zijn ontzettend vriendelijk, duidelijk en snel met communiceren en geven je een zeer warm welkom (inclusief heerlijk zelfgemaakte koekjes). Het appartement is gezellig ingericht en brandschoon. En echt alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig in het appartement, er is overal aan gedacht. We hebben het ook erg gewaardeerd dat je bijvoorbeeld een koelbox mocht gebruiken. Er is veel aandacht besteed aan een verblijf met kinderen, er liggen allerlei spelletjes en speelgoed klaar en ook de tweede slaapkamer is met aandacht voor kinderen ingericht. We voelden ons direct thuis. De grote tuin is prachtig en er heerst een oase aan rust. Het zwembad is geweldig en heerlijk warm water. Er liggen allerlei handdoeken klaar, inclusief grote badlakens voor bij het zwembad. Deze locatie is echt een aanrader!
