Holiday rentals with a sauna in Santos

Our stay was perfect and exceeded all expectations! The apartment is amazing, super cozy and very well located. A Nathalia and Mr. Elizeu were exceptional, super caring and kind hosts. Condomínio is super complete, with an exceptional structure and with extremely educated employees. Everything cooperated so that the stay was impeccable. I recommend too much and I hope to return soon.

The building is very safe and is in a great location. The apartment is super comfortable and very well equipped and has an incredible view of the beach and mountains. The host is also extremely helpful and genuinely strives to make our experience the best possible.

Alex's apartment is impeccable. everything is new, well organized, clean, the apartment is comfortable, close to the market and also the beach. Still a quiet place with no noise. The condominium is exceptional, you can use the leisure areas that were great. Alex responded to everything promptly. Our experience was excellent. I highly recommend it.

Simply perfect stay. The host was super attentive, very quick to respond, made us feel very welcome. The place is wonderful, everything is very organized, cozy and beautiful. Not to mention the ocean view that enchanted us. The location is also very good, we rented bikes right in front, the beach is very good in this region, we saw a lot of policing keeping security. There are lots of bars and restaurants nearby, too. There is even a Pão de Açúcar under the building, very easy and quiet to access when we needed something quick. We didn't have any negative points, on the contrary, everything was very amazing. We were 2 couples and 3 dogs, we already want to go back!! ♡

The apartment is exactly as advertised. Easy location and easy access to the beach. The host Marcelo was very kind and ready to answer. All the staff of the building very kind and helpful. We will return again and again for sure.

Well located, well optimized apartment space and just like the photos. It has many amenities, I would stay several times in this place. Very kind hosts and respond quickly, they helped with everything we needed.

We stand in six people, the flat is perfect, more complete than a lot of houses! Even the bed linen was arranged as in a hotel! Clean bathrooms, great location, extremely equipped kitchen, lots of pans and appliances, very safe, anyway, it's perfect! As for Marcos, the instructions are clear and he has supported us a lot. One issue I feared was security, but the location of the apartment did not make us uncomfortable at any time. We'll come back more often and refer friends!

Rodrigo super attentive and friendly, clean, organized and has everything you need, in question of the great condominium tbm to have leisure and walk, the beach is close and you can go on quiet walk or you car that has a parking space, everything is great and I come back more often.

I stayed 1 week and didn't take my car out of the garage, I did absolutely everything on foot, and I found the location very safe too. Even more so because I was alone. Noble point of Santos. I have no words to describe my stay at Carnival 2025, the summary in just one WONDERFUL WORD 😍🙏 The apartment is beautiful and exactly the same as the photos and even better. Extremely clean, wide, airy and comfortable. What is presented as leisure in the condominium is unparalleled, all perfect and unbelievable, I felt at home. The location of the building is astonishing, everything around us, supermarkets, malls, restaurants, fast food, cinema and the main beach, which is wonderful, clean and safe, at least I felt that way during my stay. The house is all we see in the photos! Spectacular Outdoor Space. Great to enjoy with a large group as all comforts/amenities are super spacious. I recommend the house for both family and group of friends.

It was all right, exactly as in the pictures and Eva is very kind, made everyone feel at home.

We come to Guarujá once a year and this was the first time that the rental of a property exceeded our expectations. The house is spectacular and well located. Clean, with clean and fragrant bed linen. The outdoor space is great, with a heated pool that's warm all the time. Barbecue, of course, couldn't be missed. And what about Renata? Simply very polite, helpful to clarify all possible information and quickly. And finally, I'll say something about Neide. A wonderful and super special person, who Renata recommended to cook for us. She prepared delicious dishes, side dishes for the barbecue, cakes and breakfast, she always took great care when setting the table. My family and our little daughter are amazed by her, and her attention and affection for us. Oh, and there's also your lovely daughter, “Juju” who came to help us take care of our daughter. Super attentive and responsible. I highly recommend EVERYTHING and EVERYONE. 🤩😍

I stayed at Adriano's house for my bachelorette party and it was just perfect! The accommodation is far beyond what the photos show — spacious, cozy and with a wonderful energy. The house is a delight! We had full flexibility at check-in and check-out, which made all the difference, and the communication with the host was clear, quick and super kind.
