The apartment matches the photos. It has a 24-hour doorman, which makes access at any time very easy. I stayed because it was close to the place where I attended an event, so it solved my problems. The only point I have to mention was the inability to check in early, even though I had previously communicated with the host and the apartment was available the day before. I arrived in SP at 10 am and had to wait until 2 pm to be able to enter because I was not allowed to enter before. It would be interesting if there was this possibility, of course, if the apartment is without a guest the day before

My fiancée and I love the apartment, beautiful, clean, comfortable, very cozy, exactly as in the pictures and we were surprised by every detail, and by being so close to everything and its beautiful being. Letícia is very solicitous, always responded and easy to communicate and left everything described about the needs of the ap and information, very polite, we are very comfortable, we highly recommend and Letícia is an amazing host 🥰

This place was wonderful, clean, and well provisioned. We loved the layout with the double height ceiling and glass wall. It felt incredible safe with the doorman and gate entry system. It was well located in the neighborhood with a grocery store around the corner and nice restaurants and coffeeshops nearby. Ana was also great to communicate with and responded quickly with any questions. I would highly recommend!

Excellent stay, easy to enter and quiet place to get Uber to any destination in the city. Very clean room and corridors/hall. I recommend it and will probably return to the in-person weeks of hybrid work.

the buildings in this neighborhood have extra security, which is great. but, no fault of the host, the building has a weird layout with multiple entry doors and multiple elevators to reach the apartment. the architect clearly wasn't ever planning to live in the building. location overall is perfect.

It was my second time staying with my fiancé , and as always Francisca was very attentive, the apartment is impeccable, comfortable bed, clean and smelling bathroom, as always she is a great host. It's become my favorite spot and I'm sure I'll come back more often 🥰

I have nothing but praise 💖 The loft is beautiful and very spacious, the rooms had the space very well used. The bathroom was large, impeccable and well stocked with basic hygiene items, a comfortable shower stall, and a good shower. But what impressed me the most was the good taste of the decoration. All very beautiful and well done. In addition, Giulia's service was great, practically instantaneous. I recommend it 100%.

Very cozy and clean studio, very complete! It has everything you need to enjoy your stay at the property. Besides being in a great location, with several bars and restaurants nearby, it is still an extremely quiet place to rest. Very welcoming hosts, the studio has a welcome treat, tips on where to eat, what's around, etc. (it helps a lot for those who don't know the area). I highly recommend it! It is by far one of the best studios I've ever stayed in in SP, if not the best.

Location near 25 de Março, São Paulo market, Liberdade neighborhood and surroundings, so if you are looking for a refuge to rest after your purchases, without a doubt this is a find. The apartment is complete for two people, has kitchen utensils, TV, comfortable bed, blankets for the cold day, sofa, closets, air conditioning working perfectly. Communication with the host was excellent and she provided all the support. The location is great, it has a bakery, market, restaurants, bars. It is close to the subway line, near Augusta, with several options for restaurants and bars. An important note, there is a construction site across the street in front of the building and it makes a lot of noise that starts early in the day.
