So, at check in, we reserve the right of admission. Thanks for understanding. * exception: minors over 7 years old, with parents. * Smoking is totally forbidden in the whole apartment (fines may be applied if not respected), except in the back balcony. * Towels are only for apartment use, NOT to take to the beach. * Bicycles are NOT allowed inside the apartment. - LATE CHECK IN: arriving after 23.30hs, there is an extra 20 euros fee, that have to be paid, cash, on arrival. - KEYS: losing set of keys is a 20 euros fee charge.

A fantastic apartment with 4 single beds. The apartment is very quiet and have balcony. No smoke inside of apartment. Keys box for self checkin. We will pass the password 3 days before the trip . The adults guests ( over 16 years old) need pay 9.5€ per person per night for the city tax. It’s not include in rental, need pay cash when the guests arrive at apartment. The adults guests ( over 17 years old) need pay 6.25€ per person per night for the city tax. My cleaner lives near around the apartment building, she can take care of our guests all the time.
