We love our stay. To be honest, the photos don't do justice to the beauty of the place – it's much more beautiful in person. The surrounding landscape is breathtaking and conveys an incredible peace, especially in the morning, when we see the clouds from above the mountains. The house is extremely well equipped, with everything we needed to feel comfortable and at home. We really enjoyed every moment we spent there. The only thing to note is that the climb to get to the house is a little steep. We had a little difficulty, because our car is low. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and we already want to go back.

Pleasant location, with a private waterfall. Distant from the city but perfect for quiet. Delicious Jacuzzi for a chill and hosts of the best I've ever seen around here.

We loved our stay, the idea was to find a place where we didn't need to leave, really enjoy the house and the space and that's what we did. The feeling is that the house is in the middle of a forest, a peace, the sound of the river all day, at bedtime the feeling was that it was raining because of the sound of the river and it was delicious. Vitor shared Cassandra's contact, who provided a price list and items we could request for delivery. This was great because it helped us with some items we had forgotten. Having this contact was very helpful for the husband and daughter who made the delivery. We took a while to understand the jacuzzi, but when it heated up (as stated in the ad) it was delightful. Thanks a lot for the experience!!

The chalet space is super big! Huge room, two tables, equipped kitchen, fireplace and bathtub working super well. Since we had to work remotely, it was great because we weren't restricted to the room. The garden is delicious and the sunset is beautiful. The external space is shared with the other chalets. We miss having an outdoor table to spend more time there in the autumn sunshine :)

We had a great experience! The house is very clean, the place has a privileged view, the access is not bad, despite the 2km of mud road. Speaking of the road, it is very quiet, because it is a dirt road with gravel. I need to mention the proactivity of Mrs. Sandra, who promptly assisted us every time we needed it. The Jacuzzi is just wonderful! We really enjoyed it! Everything was wonderful!

We stayed at the Manacá chalet, where we spent 10 excellent days. The cottage is as in the photos, clean and organized, with very fragrant bed and bath linens and with the care of treats in our bed when we arrived. It has all the necessary utensils for a perfect stay. The shower with very hot water and the bathtub too. The outdoor space is a beauty in itself, we went with our 3 pets, who loved the space, as well as we did. Bruna and her husband, very attentive, friendly and dear. Mr. José is also very attentive and helpful. Very good location, close to the city. We recommend it with certainty, and we will return at the first opportunity.

Great accommodation, all very organized and clean. The house had everything we needed to be comfortable and have a good stay. Great location, close to downtown Capivari by car and far enough away to have absolute silence at night. We were made to feel very welcome by Mrs. Zelinda, always polite and helpful.

Mila's house is fantastic! A beautiful view of the Pedra do Baú and the mountains. The house is very cozy, in a rustic style and with great comfort. In all rooms the view is breathtaking. Everything was very clean and organized. Clearly prepared with great affection. When we arrived, Mila gave us a fresh cake and a glass of pink pepper harvested in her garden. The road to the house is quiet and Mila informed how she did it to get there. Thanks for welcoming us so well I will definitely indicate and I will return.

My stay in San Francisco Xavier was simply amazing! The house I stayed in exceeded all expectations, and the experience was elevated by Karim's impeccable hospitality. She was wonderful, always willing to help, attentive and extremely helpful, ensuring that I felt totally at ease. The home itself is a haven of comfort. The shower is great, with warm water, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. Beds are good and soft, providing invigorating nights of sleep. The countryside is wonderful and beautiful, with breathtaking views of the mountains that make every sunrise and sunset a separate spectacle. The kitchen is complete, equipped with everything we need. We had the opportunity to prepare a delicious fondue, which made the evening even more special and cozy. I highly recommend the home of Karim in São Francisco Xavier for those who seek tranquility, comfort and a first-class service!

We spent wonderful days in this accommodation! Located in an incredible condominium, with beautiful trails and great structure. The house is very cozy, modern and extremely clean. The proximity of the construction work on the neighboring land bothered us at first, but Thiago was very attentive and helpful in solving the problem. We had a great experience!

The house is beautiful, super close to the start of the Pedra do Baú trail (I climbed it 3 times directly from the house, without having to pay for parking at Chico Bento), a beautiful pizzeria and with an incredible landscape! The house is extremely well equipped, containing everything you need for a short or long stay! The sunset is a spectacle and the fire overlooking Pedra do Baú is beautiful. Mila made our stay perfect, there was absolutely nothing missing and she was always attentive to everything that was needed. The path is super easy to find, Google Maps already gives the right direction, but Mila will still give more signs to make sure you don't get lost. The internet worked super well (we work remotely), the bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was very warm and with a lot of pressure. I would come back 100%! All the success in the world for you, Mila! Congratulations on the work!

I want to start by writing that the accommodation is exactly as described and as shown in the photos. Extremely clean, organized environment and for those who are not worried about household utensils, bed and bath linen. The house is extremely well-equipped, with everything, absolutely everything. We were extremely shocked, it's really relaxing. From a coffee maker to make a coffee, to a mixer to whip up a cake and enjoy the mountain view. The view of the place is a spectacle in itself, we took full advantage of the jacuzzi with the heated water and the fire pit, where we made s'mores in the fire... a delight on cold days. The owner of the house, Mr. Rogério, was uniquely friendly and kind, not to mention the caretaker, Anderson, who was helpful and attentive to all the questions we had about the house. It's really worth it. I recommend it for couples.

Absolutely perfect: from the first contact with Márcio, who was very polite and helpful, to the departure. A beautiful place, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the family. Excellent infrastructure, everything impeccably clean and organized, Cicero the housekeeper is a gem of kindness, Solange made us cakes, scrambled eggs, and a lot of treats. Very good place, clean, organized and with a beautiful view, ideal for those seeking peace and tranquility! Fábio always provided support when necessary and made the instructions for using the house and its resources clear and easy. I went with my wife and my 1 year and 5 month old daughter, and it was a great experience for us, we created many good memories and each space in the house brings a different family dynamic.

The house was as advertised, everything beautiful, but the main positives were the incredible view, the space with the very nice fireplace, the very comfortable bed, and the perfect shower pressure and temperature. Access to the upper garage is really difficult, and the street of the house too, so as Albert himself warns, it makes a difference to arrive during the day for check-in, especially for those who are not used to driving on uneven terrain. I thought it was really cool that they had a lot of candles and lanterns on display. As points for improvement, I believe that an electrical extension could be made available, because in the main suite at least, we found only one outlet, but as we did not ask, perhaps there is one and we did not find it. The accommodation has a really unique view, and although it was just me and my boyfriend, the house is ideal for families, with many chairs, armchairs and sofas.

I have no words to describe our experience on the weekend we spent at the chalet. We went as a family, my husband and my two children aged 5 and 10, and we all just loved everything. The cottage is beautiful inside and out. Clean, fragrant, cozy, super super complete, it has everything. Vivian thinks of every detail and you can feel the affection in every corner. Everything is of high quality. The surroundings of the Chalet were spectacular. That view! That energy! The hot tub, sauna, and fire pit made our weekend unforgettable. São Bento do Sapucaí entered our hearts and especially this Chalet! We'll be back for sure!

Being in the cabin is amazing, we had the opportunity to get a very good cold and use the fireplace and the floor fire, we did not leave the cabin because it was so good, the only bad part is having to leave… it has a full kitchen where we made all meals, the bath is taken with a view of the forest, the room has a view of the forest and the mountains… it is a dream to be in the cabin, the experience is worth it. Waze is taking us there just right and even with a low car it is very easy to go up there, Mel is the co-host and welcomes us with a lot of love and affection and also the kindness and care of Regina and Luis… thank you for being able to make this accommodation possible in this incredible place.

I was in Fazendinha with my family and friends. We strongly recommend. We are already scheduled to return. The house is even better than in the photos, all clean, smelling and well taken care of. We were extremely well received, Wilson passed all the house instructions and was always ready to answer any questions. We hired Dona Rosa, who prepared an excellent breakfast, in addition to being very kind and attentive.
