Maria was a great host! From the first moment, she responded quickly to our messages and was welcoming. When we arrived, he had already left the air conditioning and the wood stove on, heating our space. Beautiful environment, impeccable cleanliness and with everything necessary for the accommodation.

Cosy place, full atmosphere. Only the shower was owed, the following nights cooled and the shower did not warm. In the most quiet everything.

Accommodation as in the photos... very cozy and pleasant place to stay, quiet and private, Michel and his parents are super polite and kind. The only information I find useful is that the house is below the house in the photo (facade) the entrance is by the ramp, right next to it and with an independent entrance... sometimes you could hear them walking upstairs, but nothing that bothered or disturbed the stay.

Wonderful stay! A gorgeous condo, with lots of green space and space for children to play. The beautiful, comfortable and very well equipped house. Township makes you want to leave! Bibiana always very helpful, gave us several legal tips, including a market with a wonderful meat that yielded a beautiful barbecue in the house. We will definitely recommend it to friends.

We loved staying at the accommodation, we thought it was very close to the center (the Uber was 7 reais to the covered street), and the space was very good for two people, everything was clean, organized and according to the listing. I recommend it and I will come back other times.

Returning today from Gramado (June 3) and I was delighted with Silvana's apartment, when we arrived we got a sparkling wine with welcome chocolates and we loved it, the apartment was super clean and is even more beautiful in person than in the photos, Rosa who welcomed us is a sweetheart and Silvana too! Valdecir was very attentive and the directions were clear , always available for any questions. The accommodation is as described , excellent beds, linens, towels, everything very neat . It has a very good location , 2 blocks from Hard Rock cafe , quiet street, close to service station, super, restaurants , etc. to get to know and walk around the center of Gramado. Totally recommendable .

We didn't know Gramado and we went for Easter. It's a beautiful apartment, very complete and clean. It's centrally located and close to everything, very easy to access. The handover and return of the keys is very flexible, we arrived very late and we left in the early morning and there were no problems. We stayed 6 people and an infant and it is ideal. Beautiful decor, very comfortable beds, to highlight their linens and towels. All spotless

Great location and impeccable host! The apartment is perfectly situated, allowing you to explore the entire central region on foot with ease. We used the car only to visit more distant attractions, which was very practical. As for the space itself, it exceeded all expectations: extremely well-equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We feel truly at home, thanks to the details and care evident in every corner. Without a doubt, this will be our first option on future visits to Gramado. We recommend without hesitation!

Wonderful space! The condominium is very beautiful and quiet, great for walking and cycling (bicycles are provided by the place). We had a small setback at the reception, but Daniela soon responded and clarified that it was a reception mix-up, but it was soon resolved. The loft itself is great too, very spacious, very comfortable bed and sofa bed, very complete kitchen and the coffee powder available was a plus! The bathroom is very good, the bathtub was great, my daughter loved it, I took advantage of it too and I didn't miss out hehe! You have the option to order breakfast separately, which is very good, we ordered the combo for two people and it served us 3! You can request firewood at the reception once a day, and they deliver a set of lighters, which makes it much easier! It is a great option for those who want to escape the madness of the center, the neighborhood is very quiet and has options for eating. I recommend Panni, which has very good things! Daniela was very helpful and attentive! We'll be back for sure!
