I spent the weekend with my girlfriend and we loved the place. Good space, good structure, good furniture and very tasteful decoration. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, it has air-conditioning in both bedrooms, heating in the bedrooms and bathroom, a heated towel rack and a gas shower. There is a balcony in the living room and another in the larger bedroom, both facing the back of the condominium, to a very beautiful and quiet green area. At night, it is very quiet, you can only hear the sound of the wind in the trees. A point of attention is that the heaters, towel rack and the gas shower junker have smart switches, and these can turn off with power outages, and in the case of the junker outlet, it is necessary to remove the mirror from the outlet and manually activate the button that turns on the switch. The experience was great and the location is spectacular, we intend to return in the near future!

The house is very well located, very close to the main street of Canela, where most of the shops and restaurants are located. Walking a few minutes you arrive at the stone cathedral. The house is very comfortable and stylish, it has a wonderful view of the Hortences. Zaira is super polite, helpful, and very responsive. My friends and I had a great stay in this house. Well, calling house is a simplification, because it's actually a place, located on the bank of the Mampituba River. The house is spacious, with 4 very good bedrooms, being a suite. Three of these dormitories are air-conditioned and one only fan, but the host said that perhaps air will be put in the near future as well. A group of 4 couples and one child has comfortably accommodated. The coexistence area has fobolim and pool that we used a lot, as well as the external area, which has barbecue and a deck facing the river. Quite private and quiet place. It is about 15 minutes by car from the center of Praia Grande, passing the entrance to the Rio do Boi trail a little. Our pet has strolled a lot in the courtyard, which is surrounded. Communication with the host is great, being a very helpful person. Come here if you have time to enjoy the place. Highly recommended!

Staying at Leticia's house was perfect, I highly recommend.. it was great for a few days with family. The condominium is also a very safe and nice place for hiking.

We were very pleased with the listings. The house is exactly like the listing description, simple but with everything necessary for our comfort and very clean. Much space for children, a beautiful river in front of the house, very green, tranquility and silence. There is no Internet or cell phone signal, great to take a break from the networks. And Carla and Pablo are super friendly and worried about making us comfortable. We love everything.

What a perfect place! It surprised us and it was better than we imagined, in the photos you can't get a sense of how beautiful the place is. It is in the middle of a place and the house is surrounded by trees, totally in contact with nature, a peace the place. The house was super clean, equipped with everything we needed for kitchen, bed and bath linen, warm blankets. They left soap for bath and liquid to wash their hands. Great! Gas-heated water on all faucets, great. Marlise is her son were super attentive, explained to us how everything worked in the house, responded on the spot and were willing to give us an extra pillow at the time we asked. As their house is located in the same property is super quiet to solve any quick questions. Anyway, super recommend the place and we certainly want to return to another opportunity! Pena that can't post a photo here on Airbnb, but we live great experiences in the house (picnic she provides towel, basket, and futons).

The house is very beautiful. Rustic-style interior, the cool lighting too. The view of the dam is spectacular! there is no way to look like the pictures. Each minute is a different and better landscape than the previous one. We just have to thank Luiz and Jana who were certainly very attentive with us. Really a great place to turn off and recharge.
