We had a very good stay! Tânia welcomed us very warmly. The house was very clean. We only missed air-conditioning in all the rooms (there was only in the en-suite) because we had very hot days and the ceiling fans could not handle it. We were a little frustrated because the freezer, which appeared in the photos when we rented, was not working. We went to spend 8 days and took a lot of refrigerator stuff and only the refrigerator didn't work. Other than that, everything was fine. A wonderful view of the sea, super safe condominium for those who go with children, easy access to the beach. We liked it a lot.

Wonderful place, very quiet, and with options in the house for all tastes. The days we spent we hosted were great, without unforeseen events and everything went very well. Host has been helpful whenever we need and highly recommend this location.

Casa marvellous, we were greeted with mto carinho, even had a delicious mto cake made by Ana, mto polite couple and responded super fast, recommend and I will return with ctzzz

Very nice house. Super comfortable. Very helpful and attentive host whenever we need. The house is a show in itself, it is worth it for both summer and winter, since it has a fireplace and also a heated pool. We felt at home.

We had a great experience! The house was super clean, just as described in the listing. The space is spacious, comfortable and well organized. The host was very friendly and receptive, always available to help with whatever was needed. We definitely recommend and would like to stay again!

We adored the house, Rosane's reception was very good, there was even a coffee and cake for our arrival. Great house,all organized, clean. We enjoy our tour a lot as the house is in a great location... several tourist cities are 40 to 1 h away from the house, so we can enjoy a lot to visit other cities like Blumenau, Pomerode, Camboriú, Beto Carreiro na Penha which is on the side ...Super recommend. No doubt next vacation we will return

We went to this house on a weekend with rain and mild temperatures, yet it was worth every second! It was me, my husband, daughter and our 2 Golden Retrievers! We went to the beach (after all, the house is on the sand) in the rain, we ran, we played, we smiled! One of the days was sunny and we could see the spectacular sunrise, we walked to Grant's beach. The house is simple, but it is clean and has everything you need, in addition to reminding us of the houses of the past and bringing us closer as a family. I recommend it and will return as many times as I can ♥️

Clair is very good people, he did not rest until he was sure I was 100% comfortable. The house is extremely cozy, clean, smelling and very well-equipped. The place is peaceful and relaxing for those who live in urban agglomerations and want to de-stress. The only way out is that as the suspension bridge over the lagoon is closed, the sea is far away for those on foot. But the overall balance was very good, I intend to return someday!

These days we stayed in Barra Velha-SC, we were welcomed in the city and very well hosted at the lake house! Nice place with a wonderful view!!

The building is exactly like in the pictures, a very quiet place of peace, of renewing the energies, clean air.... wooded. Everything was impeccable, from the organization to the small details that made a difference in our stay, clean and organized house, was to feel at home outside the home, the bedrooms, bathroom etc...impeccable, full kitchen, extremely clean backyard. Excellent table and bath bed, smells... in short, everything very perfect, people and the pampering, my God...... maaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa, the cake and so on...the quality of the ingredients was remarkable. Vera had the care, zeal, concern and made video showing how to get there, because it was a rural area, but there was no mistake, GPS took it exactly. Myself and my family were very happy with our stay we would like to thank you for all the reception and care for the place, absolutely fantastic and cozy.
