Really beautiful apartment, it met our expectations, very easy to access and everything was impeccable, really clean all the spaces of the apartment. Joao very kindly welcomed us to his apartment, when we asked him questions during our stay he answered us quickly. We were very happy with our stay.

The stay was great! The place is exactly like in the pictures. Cris and Vander were extremely attentive, helpful and flexible regarding check-in and check-out times. The location is great, close to everything I recommend and if I can, I'll be back for sure!

Very nice house! Very large and comfortable for 8 people, it is a bit far from the tourist beaches of Florianopolis but the location is super safe and nice but without beaches nearby.

The accommodation was simply excellent! The house is exactly as shown in the advertisement — clean, well cared for, cozy and with that homely feel, which makes us feel at ease from the first moment. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, without missing any details. The host was super accessible and attentive, always ready to help with any questions or needs. It was definitely an incredible experience and I recommend it with my eyes closed!

The hosts welcomed me very well, friendly, light and a good conversation. The bedroom and bathroom were always clean and organized, quiet neighborhood and close to restaurants, bakeries, pharmacies and shopping. If it's your first time using Airbnb and you're going alone, I highly recommend this place. Buses pass nearby, Uber and iFood easily find the location. Another point to be highlighted is that Edu recommended very good places to visit and was able to guide me on how to get to them. He also presented, along with his friends, the places to go at night (clubs, bars, hamburgers,...). Another detail: the floods did not affect the house, which, in rainy seasons, is a great relief.
