Holiday rentals with a fireplace in São Lourenco Beach

The stay was great. House is exactly as advertised, very wide and clean. The condominium is quite safe and quiet. Renata always helped by answering questions and responding quickly and proactively. Leidinha, who took care of the house and cooked for us, was wonderful. He did everything we needed and beyond. Every day, he left a table set for breakfast and lunch, with a warm cake. She also cleaned every room every day. Casa + Leidinha = wonderful stay!

Célio was kind and attentive from the first contact and always responded very quickly to all my messages (which were not few). The house is very beautiful and wide and has everything for a great stay! Pleasant common areas, rooms and functional bathrooms. The only detail to be observed is about the air conditioning of the ground floor room that was not in operation and the temperatures were very high - which ended up making guests in it impossible. Otherwise it was impeccable, I recommend the house and the host! Thank you..

great house, very well located, spacious, worth it

An amazing place, perfect for those seeking tranquility and contact with nature... The house is super cozy and equipped — special highlight for the kitchen, which has everything we need. But the high point, no doubt, is the location: surrounded by the Atlantic Forest, with the sound of birds and other animals throughout the day. It is really an immersion in nature, with an atmosphere of peace that makes us forget the rush of everyday life. You can walk or bike to at least three beaches — or even more, depending on the layout. Sandro was very attentive and helpful from the beginning. And Mr. Flávio, received me on the spot, is super good people and always willing to help with whatever it takes. I highly recommend it to those who value, above all, contact with nature!

Extremely comfortable, clean and organized house. Very spacious rooms and bathrooms and very complete kitchen. Clean linens and linens were made available for the stay and Marcel was very requested, I liked it very much, I certainly will be back.

Wonderful Place, a beautiful view and the incredible energy, when you enter the apartment there is already a thousand cool and different things to enjoy the space, regardless of the climate outside the landscape is beautiful and the possibilities to enjoy the space are innumerable. It was a great experience, the airbnb is extremely well located, just 5 min from the subway station, with 24/7 market on the street and busy. Paulo was very helpful and responded to everything very quickly, it would definitely come back. It's a GREAT option!

The property is a good size for two people and has good solutions for using the space. The night view is incredible and worth being in the trip records. The condominium where it is located (All Aclimação) has a good structure and is quite new and organized. Regarding the neighborhood, I had never stayed in Aclimação, in São Paulo, but it will be my base from now on. The surroundings of the property are very peaceful and the temperature is milder than in the rest of the city.

We stayed with 4 friends in the house and everyone loved the stay. The house is very complete, it has everything, super clean, good fireplace, good air conditioning, very good gourmet area for a night of pizza, drinks, fondue and etc... It was a great opportunity, I am very satisfied with every aspect of my sword in Alessandro's apartment. Everything that was within the host's reach was fully satisfactory. Very attentive, even bought an Airfryer especially at my request! I must return to São Paulo soon, I will certainly stay in the same apartment. Alessandro, you're the man, see you next time.

The house is just wonderful! It is beautiful, has a rustic aesthetic, it is full of vegetation, and very well cared for. It has several amenities, including a full kitchen. It has airfryer, sandwich maker, a VERY spacious fridge and freezer and all the necessary utensils. We don't miss anything. Pros next guests, attention only to the shots, as most are of the old model, with two pins. Maia was extremely friendly and attentive, supporting us with great agility and making our stay impeccable. The house, as he says in the ad, is a bit far from the beach, and the path to the best beach has a climb in the beginning. But you can go and get back on foot, no problem. Without words, everything was great! I highly recommend it! Including, I intend to go back there. It's worth it!

The description was accurate. We came with 14 guests, and it fit us perfectly. We understood the aesthetic would be rustic, and the wood features stood out well. The pool area is an ideal spot for gatherings. The spa and pool could have been better prepared for use. We recommend updating some of the bare essentials, such as cookware, dishes, and bedding. If you use the space during colder seasons, heating options should be added to the rooms.

The house is exactly as shown in the photos, spacious and with a great outdoor space. The pool is delicious and it was clean. It is less than 10min walking from the beach, markets and restaurants. We had a small problem with the water pump but Kathia promptly asked a trusted person to come to solve the issue. I highly recommend the site!

We loved the house! Our stay was great! Spacious, comfortable and organized house! All of us mainly children love heated pool! Full kitchen we don't miss anything at all! The biggest differentials of the house are: ice machine, potable filtered water (no need to buy mineral water is very good) heated pool and beach service with the tent assembly! We missed some more beach chairs to be made available, but it went well because we used the chairs of the beach stalls! There are so many “attractions” in the house like videoke, ping pong table, slide in the pool that there was no time to enjoy everything! Tv didn't even have time to call! Dayane is a great host, responds quickly by being very polite always, gave great tips and suggestions for everything! We will definitely return more often!

The house is beautiful, surrounded by nature and super well equipped. The house keepers were super helpful. Me and my family spent quite a lot of time by the pool, enjoying the garden. We had a bbq, used the sauna and really enjoyed our time there overall. Many trips to the beach and local waterfalls were also a highlight
