Holiday rentals with beach access in São Luís

Great place, best region of São Luis, check in and out very easy, super clean apartment, communication with Lira was great, always very helpful in solving what we needed. New air conditioning cooling well, hot shower, bed is single but fits a very quiet couple. Very good building with 24-hour concierge and swimming pool overlooking the beach.

The apartment is very cozy, everything very clean and organized, has many utensils available. Eliane is great, very helpful and always available. The apartment also has several items for babies, which made everyday life much easier with our baby. I would definitely stay there again.

Great stay for a weekend stay. With good location, considering our purpose of going to Valparaíso Adventure Park.

The apartment is close to an avenue well served by markets, restaurants and services. New apartment, furnished to the exact extent for a quiet and comfortable stay. We were 3 adults and the accommodation met our needs. The Condominium has a 24-hour mini-market with a wide variety of essential items. Fair prices. Elcimar was always helpful and even allowed us a late check-out.

Great location, apartment contains all the essential apparatuses and the host has been extremely requested, from confirmation to checkout.

You can rent it without fear! Beautiful Flat, clean, well decorated, with very useful utensils, well located, in addition to the hosts being considerate and help us stay. It was definitely indicated! To get note 11, there was only a washing machine, because with the sun that hits the balcony, the clothes dry quickly, but it is understandable not to have, so, my husband and I, we will give a 10 rs thank you very much!

Our vacation wouldn't be the same without the family moments we spent at Carlos and Ariadnne's place. Very careful with the details of the house, with a complete structure that fully met our needs at Christmas dinner and moments with the children. We'll be back and we'll definitely recommend it

Mari is a sweet, super helpful! He gave us all the necessary instructions and even beyond so that we could have a good stay. The property is identical to the advertised photos, very cozy and comfortable and all well clean and organized (even smelling was!) We had some unforeseen events due to the tide, but nothing that a little bit of patience did not circumvent. The location with respect to the sea is perfect, literally pe on the sand; now with respect to the trendiest part of the island and the center is a little distant. We wanted rest, so it was perfect! I recommend it with my eyes closed!

The rental period was smooth. Our family was very well received by Benedita, a super attentive lady. The accommodations are always clean and very cozy. Wonderful space. Close to the beach, on Avenida Litorânea. You can walk. The children loved the pool, ideal size and depth. Well organized and clean barbecue area. Gratitude to the hostess Mrs. Monica and Benedita who attended us with great affection. Maranhão is beautiful!!! It was wonderful to get to know the beautiful state.

Very good cost-benefit, for the activities you wanted was of excellent location, the very attentive host provided all the inquiries that arose about the location.

The hosts Lauryanne and Laércio were super attentive. The house is very comfortable, clean and the kitchen has utensils for those who want to cook. The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood with easy access to the Historic Center and the airport. I went with a group of friends and from the reception we already felt welcomed. We definitely recommend it!

Robson is a 10. Prompt service. The condominium is very quiet. Everything is working well. For me, who likes physical activities, there is Parque (reserva) Itapiracó. There is a beautiful place to walk, run, soccer fields, skateboard park, volleyball court... really great, in addition to the trails. We had a very good time.

My daughters and I loved staying at the apartment. Very cozy, clean and organized. Great location. Andréa was very kind, always very attentive, gave us several tips on how to enjoy the city. It was worth it.

We had a great stay. The place is very, very cozy, clean, comfortable, close to beautiful beaches. The condominium is very organized and safe. All kitchen and laundry utensils worked very well. The hostess was very attentive and answered all our questions. The only misfortune was that the microwave was not working on the day of arrival, but it was later resolved by the hostess. We didn't use the pool, but it was there, beautiful and available. Nothing but praise. I'd definitely be back.
