Beachfront holiday rental in São Miguel do Gostoso

Anielle was very kind and attentive. The house is great, spacious (I recommend taking a hammock to relax on the terrace, which is well ventilated), everything was clean, electric showers with good water flow, air conditioning working, the pool is a delight. The condominium is safe and quiet, everyone liked it very much, including my dogs! =)

Laercio's house exceeded all expectations, the environments are great, well equipped and the rooms extremely comfortable. The pool/barbecue area is great, as is the condominium, which has great areas for walking and enjoying. I highly recommend going with your family, it will certainly be a place I will return to. And finally, the host was always available to help with what was needed, great experience!!!

The house is perfect and is in the Vila Isabel condominium, which is made up of single family homes, all brothers who live or go on vacation there. All are very nice, helpful and help a lot with tips on what to do, where to go, where to buy, etc. Thomaz and his mother Ângela were very helpful, friendly and always answered quickly to any questions. The house is even better than in the photos, as it is a new construction, with great structure, 4 suites with air conditioning and one more bedroom with balcony and hammocks, all very well taken care and in front of the swimming pool of the condominium, which is very good for children to play after a sea bath, which is just in front of the condominium. Incidentally, the condominium has the best location of São Miguel do Gostoso, just off the lake of Rua da Xêpa, where the main restaurants on the beach are very busy at night and great for strolling with family or enjoying with friends. São Miguel do Gostoso and the Vila Isabel condominium are all good!!

The house is very well-equipped, and new. And staying in an excellent condominium, the chef Vitória is also great!!! were perfect days.

My family and I had a wonderful weekend in this house! Everything was impeccable: organized environment, impeccable cleaning, well-kept garden and a delicious pool. The beds were very comfortable, with new mattresses, and the rooms were air-conditioned, ensuring even more comfort. Ian has always been very attentive, responding quickly whenever we need it and giving us great tips for tours and restaurants in the city. In addition, it prepared everything for our arrival with great affection, leaving water and fruit as a special treat, which we love!

The space is cosy, the decor is the way we like, artistic, rustic, with plants, trees, very green, and a very tasty energy. we arrived early from check-in time and we were welcomed by Cris. there are some kittens that are very quiet. We love everything!

The house is very comfortable and exactly matches the listing. We found only the room with very tight bunk, especially since the others are quite wide.

The accommodation is simple, but it is still wonderful! The place is really on the sand, amidst many plants and has a very good pool. Breakfast is also simple but very good. The cost-benefit is excellent, I would definitely stay there again.

My family and I have only to thank Lindaci and Paula for the helpfulness, welcoming felt at home. Beautiful place, well-maintained, good for rest and leisure. I only have compliments. ❤️🥰

Bel and Marcos welcomed us very well ! We felt at home. The house is nice and we were able to enjoy the pool. The couple gave us several tips and the breakfast was great. The room is comfortable. Definitely recommend!!

Flat excellent, complete for my needs, is just 2.5 km from downtown São Miguel do Gostoso, Great swimming pool. Safe condominium, check-in for condominium entry was very fast we received an ID to facilitate entry and exit of the condominium, access to the beach and au side of an excellent restaurant. Thanks to Mrs. Monique and Mr. Milito. I intend to retonate this time with the family.

Clean and organized. Great communication, place extremely close to the beach and on top of a grocery store that made it very easy to buy things when you needed it.

Great place for those looking for rest and more secluded beaches from the crowd, the beach is a bit busy, I don't recommend it to children, but it has calmer beaches very close by! Me and my family like it very much! We rent quadricycles for all day, it was wonderful, we know all the beaches of São Miguel do Gostoso, the private pool is a great differential! Excellent cleanliness, super indico! Thank you Israel for maintaining such a cozy atmosphere!

The stay was excellent, as well as host and her family. We stayed in the carnival, the city is quite crowded, many attractions and security. The location is excellent, about 3 minutes from Rua da Xepa, next to pharmacies, bakeries and restaurants. The accommodation corresponds with the photos, the environment is clean, organized, and the TV and air conditioning work perfectly well!

It was great! A very top host, kind and helpful. The location is excellent, close to everything and to Xêpa Street, where there are many bars. Close to supermarket, pharmacies and lottery. I recommend it.
