Close to restaurants, bars, drugstores, supermarkets and the main beaches of the city. The Ape features air conditioning, 350Mb Wi-Fi, 55”TV with open channels and Netflix, full linen, comfortable bed and sofa bed, full kitchen, in addition to a dining table with a passionate view. Magnificent View, really right on the sand!!!!

The apartment is right on the beach with a magnificent view of the garden and the sea. It is approximately 100 steps from the sea! We have been renting the apartment on Airbnb for over 9 years. We have had more than 300 families stay with us. Maximum Airbnb rating! Over this time, we have gained expertise in welcoming guests. We have contracts with a laundry service, an air conditioning company, and a handyman who is available 24 hours a day. The cleaning staff is excellent.

Comfortable chalet in a unique setting

For those who like adventure and hiking, this is the ideal tour, very close to São Paulo, with access by trail or sea (it is not possible to arrive by car - there are private parking lots in Bertioga. Comfortable en-suite, two minutes from the beach, with a delicious breakfast and family atmosphere for days of rest. Please note the rules: we do not accept friends who are not staying at the property; we do not tolerate drug use on the property; we do not allow loud noise.

The house is very comfortable and in perfect harmony with nature, in gated community and 24h security. The outdoor area has a large garden with palm trees, coconut palms and fruit trees. The barbecue place and table on the balcony allow a perfect integration between all guests, whether inside the house, in the garden, the pool and wet bar. The beach, which is 200m away from the house, is clean, flat and with crystal clear water, with moderate waves.
