There are 10 identical duplex chalets in structure, changing only a few details in the decor, all equally beautiful.

It is a great option to escape São Paulo, with an area of 30.000 m2. It is ideal for families and friends aiming to spend a few delicious days in the countryside.

It's a small (50m²) and simple house, but it has everything you need. The house has an en-suite and a living room attached to a kitchen. In front, we have a balcony with a hammock and 1 washing machine. It is located inside a farm where we live and where there is also another new and larger house listed on the platform (a piece of paradise 2). Very close to the wine route. When the two houses are booked, the pool must be shared, with 2 islands of tables and chairs, one on each side
