Casa do Fabio is complete to accommodate 8 people comfortably. Comodos are large, beds with good mattresses and shower meets well, in addition to the air-conditioning in all the rooms. The kitchen utensils are nothing more than necessary, but I missed large cups and cups of coffee, only those American-type cups. The location is good enough to be quiet at night, but a few minutes by car from the center. I plan to come back!

The accommodation served us well, we went in two people and a large dog. The location is great for those looking to know the nearby waterfalls, very close to the city exit as it is very close to several local trades. The space is very pleasant, full kitchen (except for the microwave that appeared in the pictures but was not in the house, it was probably broken or something). The main swimming pool is lightly heated by solar power, it does not get hot but it already helps to get into the cooler days rsrs Hidro has no heating, but it was working normally, we just didn't get to use it. The host served us well whenever we need to, we checked in and checked out at Empório Canastreiro which is very close to the house (including the visit to buy travel souvenirs, cheeses and sweets, all very tasty). In general, I recommend the accommodation, the city and the waterfalls are beautiful, we intend to return without a doubt.

Both João and Mrs. Vera welcomed us very well. Very cozy house, exactly as described, very well equipped. All the guests loved the house, excellent location. It was all very tranquil.

This is the second time we've stayed at Marcel's place! We were already extremely satisfied the first time and so it was this time! Very clean and fragrant bed and bath linens, very comfortable beds, extremely clean bathrooms, complete kitchen! Full laundry area with a wonderful sunset view! Excellent location with two supermarkets and a bakery just a few meters away! We were very well received by Marcel's mother, who was as always very polite, kind and helpful! Flexible check-in and excellent communication with Marcel! We hope to return and, as always, we will continue to recommend the space in Delfinópolis!

The place is large, airy and very organized. The internet is a bit weak. Bedding and bathing suits are great. The place is quite central and Lazara is quite accessible. We very much like the stay.

I went with a group of friends and everyone was extremely pleased. The apartment was extremely clean, bedding, and well-smelling clean. The kitchen has several utensils and some basic inputs. In a maximum of 200 meters there are two markets and some restaurants. Check in was quite easy, as was the check out. I highly recommend the hosting of João.
