Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in São Simão

We hebben een geweldige tijd gehad in het huis van Dinis. Zeer prettig ontvangst en uistekende communciatie. De ligging van het huis is erg bijzonder met fantastisch uitzicht. We zijn 4 nachten verbleven en hebben genoten van alles wat de omgeving te bieden heeft. We hebben fantastische hikes gemaakt vanuit het huis naar Cabo de Roca. Wel een uitdagende hike met vele hoogtemeters met mooie uitzichten en stranden, zoals Praia da Ursa. Ook een hike naar het noorden naar het strand Paria do Gribeto. Ook een fantastisch strand waar je je even alleen op de wereld voelt. De afdaling naar het strand is wel écht een uitdaging. Heerlijk gegeten bij het restaurant Azenhas do Mar - Piscinas op nog geen 400 meter van het huis. Daarnaast lekkere verse vis gehaald bij de lokale markt en die heerlijk gegrild op de BBQ. Kortom, we hebben mega genoten van de rust, ruimte en alle uitzichten.

Wonderful stay at Sofia‘s place. My daughter and I created some wonderful memories. She was really helpful the entire time we were there, especially with my broken adapter and suggestions for what to do with a limited amount of time. Would like to stay here again someday. We had a gorgeous stay here with our toddler. The house had everything we needed for traveling with a child and was complete with toys, beach going needs like towels, umbrellas, and beach toys, as well as a crib and high chair. We borrowed their bikes and explored town and loved visiting the gelato place that’s around the corner. At night, we listened to the frogs in the rice paddies behind the house and loved watching the bird life during the day. Getting to the beach was quick and easy and we spent two days there. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

We had a wonderful multi-generational family gathering at Lisa's house. The living room and pool area provided a comfortable gathering place enhanced by the beautiful landscaping and convenient location. Lisa was very helpful and accommodating and even sent photos of the baby crib and highchair in advance to reassure us that our 9 month old grandchild would be comfortable. She helped us plan our day trip to Lisbon, provided a chef, and a wonderful babysitter for our last night dinner out. She was super responsive and friendly and made the whole experience easy. The house is very tastefully furnished and the layout is well designed. Having the heated pool was a special treat. The manual for the house was such a helpful resource with links to recommended sites. We appreciated the effort taken to communicate all the information about the house and area in such an organized way. Thank you Lisa and Peter for a wonderful stay at your lovely Comporta home.

Ricardos Place was great for our family of four (Kids 3,5 and 5 months). Easily accessible, a lot of cool stuff for kids and close to some interesting places and public transportation. Just around a Main Street the place is truly calm and we felt safe at all times. The place is great for lovers of architecture and has a really nice color gamma. We found a bottle of wine and enjoyed our time at Ricardo’s place very much…

You honestly have to see it to believe it! The house is such a treasure. We stayed as a family of five, 3 boys ages 9,5 and 4 years old. They did not want to leave :) João was an exceptional host and went beyond to be sure we had everything we needed! Great restaurants just a few minutes walk away and supermarket 5 minute drive away

The place was absolutely wonderful — clean, comfortable, and full of charm. João went above and beyond to make sure we felt completely at home. Every detail was thought of, and his care truly made our stay perfect. Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment and it was close to the bus, train and restaurants . The apartment suited me and my daughter as we both had our own space and bathrooms . Kitchen was well fitted out and beds were comfortable . The outside area was rather dark and yet it didn’t matter as we were out during the day . It was cool in the flat which was good as we had hot weather . I would definitely go back again . Wi-Fi was excellent and TV was good too. The hosts were excellent 🤗

We had an amazing stay in Lisbon at Diana’s apartment. It is in the heart of the best part of the city. If we ever return to Lisbon I would love to stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay in Lisbon. The home was beautiful and comfortable. The hosts were incredibly communicative and responsive. Bruno sent many personalized recommendations based on our interests. Having the pool was incredible after long day of sight seeing. Private, quiet, but also steps away from great restaurants and landmarks. Don’t hesitate to book!

Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet viel Platz. Ein kleiner Balkon mit einem Tisch bietet die Möglichkeit für ein Frühstück o.ä. im Freien. Die zweckmässig eingerichtete Küche schliesst an den Wohnbereich an. Das Schlafzimmer beherbergt ein Doppelbett und grosszügige Schränke mit viel Stauraum. Die zentrale Lage ist einfach der Hammer. Viele Hotspots sind zu Fuss erreichbar. Wir fühlten uns von Anfang an wie zu Hause. Luis reagiert sofort auf Anfragen und liefert nützliche Tipps für Ausflüge, Restaurants usw. Bei einem nächsten Aufenthalt in Lissabon würden wir sofort wieder dieselbe Wohnung buchen.

Foi muito bom ficar lá . Era um espaço moderno e acolhedor. A vista era o que mais prometia e de facto é de tirar o fôlego. Seja de dia , de noite ou de madrugada. A tv proporcionava imensos entretenimentos, havia loiça imensa no caso de se querer fazer uma refeição , e a zona é tranquila. Perfeito para uma escapadinha a 2.

Sehr schönes Haus und tolle Umgebung! Man kann hier wirklich zur Ruhe kommen und sich zurückziehen. Wir hatten viel Privatsphäre und konnten sogar später auschecken. Die Küche ist ebenfalls gut ausgestattet und man kocht da gerne. Der Gemüsegarten, aus dem man noch frische Kräuter und Gemüse nehmen durfte zum kochen, war ebenfalls ein highlight. Petter ist ein toller Host und ich würde wiederkommen.

Lucy and Mat were really accommodating and kind, and their apartment was in the perfect location for exploring Lisbon. The place was very clean and we particularly enjoyed the view from the terrace. The apartment had all the amenities you would need and felt like a home away from home. We would recommend Lucy and Mat's place to anyone and would definitely look to stay with them again if we find ourselves back in Lisbon.

This apartment felt like a home from the minute we walked in the door, without doubt the best Airbnb we have stayed in. Tif was an amazing correspondent, she simplified all our arrangements, her advice was priceless, and a lovely person in the flesh!When I say the apartment had everything, it literally had, everything you could possibly need was available. The welcome pack was utterly generous. The actual apartment was stunning, aesthetically pleasing, the fixtures and fittings were of the highest quality. And the terrace, well what can I say, sit and watch the sun go down over a beautiful Lisbon scene let the swallows provide the entertainment. This apartment is in a league of its own, we will never forget our stay there. Obrigado a ambos. Trip to Sintra with David was outstanding.!

Beautiful! I don’t know where to start - Catarina is an amazing host. If you want to experience all Lisbon has to offer stay at her place and follow her recommendations. The apartment is better than the pics. The views are indescribable and worth every step it takes to get there. A water/city view AND a botanical garden view. It’s all true and being able to choose every day is something you won’t find at another spot. The location is completely walkable. There is an amazing bookstore two doors down and a crazy delicious gelato store right across the street. I could go on but will leave the rest for others to discover. Thank you Catarina for your welcoming spirit and spot on suggestions.

The rooftop apartment is fabulous with a highlight the gorgeous large terrace at the back- sunny and private. Perfect for breakfast and aperitivos in the evening! Clara’s restaurant recommendations were helpful and excellent. The stairs are steep ( but we were warned) and the square is very popular with a young & loud crowd, so very noisy until late at night. Clara is planning to put in double glazed windows which should make a difference. There are cafes, bars and restaurants around the square as well as a small supermarket. The area is beautiful and public transport is very accessible. Clara responded to all questions & requests immediately. This is a very lovely apartment!!! Highly recommend

We stayed there as couple for 4 nights. We had the rooftop apartment and it was even better than what we imagined from pictures. All amenities are spotless and at different level - like you would buy for your own place. We liked specifically the private parking and lemon trees at site. We felt like Villa didn’t match with its surroundings. Even though it had a spectacular view over the port, location is not a typical city center. A short Uber ride is sufficient to get you to the city though. We would definitely come back and stay here. We loved it!

We had the absolute best time staying here! It was the perfect spot if you wanted it a little quieter but still a very close to the city center! Nicolas & Maria Carols were wonderful and very responsive!

It was my 2nd time in the appartment and I cannot wait to return. The flexible check-in via key box is amazing let alone the supermercado on the bottom of the Costa de Castelho. I will definetly book for 2026!!! Obrigado.

We spent 2 weeks in Jose’s apartment with our 10-month baby. Everything went well, the place was cozy, clean and safe. The real highlight was the marvelous ocean view from the spacious balcony. Jose was very helpful and gave good recommendations via messages. There was a calm and relaxing atmosphere in the apartment, with just the equipment needed for a little family. The apartment and the view are even better than they look in the photos. Overall Jose’s place and Sesimbra gave us an unforgettable holiday, and we miss it already.

The apartment is fantastic, like staying in a piece of history. Wilfried has taken great care with the renovations and has also kitted out the apartment with high quality bedding and toiletries. Kitchen is really well equipped and Wilfried provided a vast array of coffees and teas. The rooms and bathroom layout worked well for us, a family of five with three grown-up sons, so everyone had their own room and slept well. The location is perfect, very central and easy to walk to most attractions or use Uber for going slightly further out. Its in a busy location with a lovely atmosphere. We weren't troubled by any noise - the trams and bars also close relatively early anyway. Wilfried is great and pro-active communicator. Everything was clean and Eugenia was a delight to meet. Thank you, we would love to stay again.
