Pires Residence

The Santiago Pires family consists of 6 people, one couple and 4 children. He resides in the village of Conde (8 Km from São Tomé) in his own residence that is still in finishing, which has been living in marriage since 2006. The family lives in a modest house that has a room designed to receive guests. Aiming to monetize it and create a source of revenue, it aims to provide a proximity tourism with the family in a sharing of culture and tradition.

The house has a large L-shaped terrace with spectacular views of the plantation with coffee trees, banana trees, citrus and distant ocean.
