Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Sao Tome

The area is safe and quiet, and located close to the center. Ju as a host was proactive and helpful in many ways, and was willing to help us out with whatever we needed. I felt really comfortable staying there. One minor (even irrelevant) inconvenience for us was that one bathroom had hot water whilst the other didn't. It was not a problem taking turns. I would recommend the house to anyone wanting to visit Sao Tome.

Ils ont parfois partagé leurs repas, nous permettant ainsi de déguster leurs spécialités familiales. Le voisin ,Josimar , d’une gentillesse et d’une disponibilité exceptionnelles, nous a fait découvrir tant la beauté que la réalité de son pays. Une vraie immersion dans la vie de São Tomé, une expérience exceptionnelle et inoubliable.

Luis fue un encanto que nos facilitó la estancia y la salida, nos ayudó en todo lo que le solicitamos, fue muy generoso y estuvo pendiente de nosotros. No fuimos capaces de hacer funcionar el Wifi, pero no sabemos a qué fue debido. La casa cuenta con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días muy agradables recorriendo el norte y oeste de la isla y volvería otra vez sin pensarlo. El espacio es correcto, los baños bastante pequeños de tamaño y con tanta madera se siente un poco de agobio y calor, pero es muy de agradecer que cada habitación cuente con su propio baño. Hay que tener en cuenta que al estar en el campo pueden aparecer algunas hormigas o mosquitos, lo solucionamos con un spay y listo. Es un sitio realmente seguro y tranquilo y hay que contar con vehículo.

An amazing place on an amazing location. The house is big with nice bedrooms. The table outside on the porch has an amazing view over the fruitful garden and makes you wanna sit there all day. Our host Lional was super friendly and always around. Internet failed to work, but that actually only had a positive effect on our stay. On a place like this you don't want the distraction of everyday life.

Marias place was a little oasis in the busy life of Sao Tome. This spacious house and garden felt really safe and relaxed especially with Oscar the care taker and night security on site 24/7. There were lovely views of the bay from the living room & garden. The efficient working air conditioning in the living room and both bedrooms along with secure off road parking were of great value to us . Supermarket & town only a short drive away. First of all, put this destination on your bucket list,especially if you love green vegetation : it’s just a paradise. Then, make sure to choose Daile’s place. Last and definitely not least, the host is just fantastic !

Tho the bungalow park being new and us being the first to visit, we loved our stay. The madame and the manager on site were so kind. Because we can’t speak Portuguese. There was a language barrier. Nevertheless they really did their best to communicate with us. They were very accommodating even providing us breakfast before 6 in the morning (we needed to leave early). As for dinner, besides great flavour, they put effort in the presentation. The price for the food is a bit higher than local restaurants. However the low price for accommodation makes up for this. There is a beautiful beach nearby. We would recommend staying here.

I highly recomand this property to all travelers, is a perfcet property and location and the owner and his son are very friendly and trying to help for everything you ask for.

Le séjour s'est extrêmement bien passé. Les hôtes sont aux petits oignons pour notre confort, s'occuper de nous avec des petites attentions tout au long du séjour. Les petits déjeuner sont à tomber ! Et ils ont su nous aider à trouver tout ce que nous avions besoin en ville pour démarrer les vacances sereinement ! Le centre est à 5min et la mer, au pied de la maison. Parfait 👌 😁

I Booked 2 rooms as I was on a work trip with a colleague. The same review applies to both rooms. certainly my No 1 choice for Sao Tomè for places to stay.

Alojamiento espacioso, buenas vistas, personal muy atento y agradable, cenamos las dos noches allí bajo petición y la comida fue excelente. Repetiríamos sin dudarlo!

This is a great place to stay in São Tomé! It was clean and homey. It’s very close to the airport and the city and Fátima is fantastic! She is so helpful and nice and made us feel very at home. There is also WiFi and air conditioning here.

José was a friendly and considerate host. His apartment was not available to us due to unexpected difficulties with water supply, but José already had alternative arrangements in place for us at a very nice guest house. We would definitely make contact with him again at our next stay.
