Outside we have a large swimming pool, a jacuzzi with electric heating, gourmet area and bathrooms We are located 35 km from downtown Capitólio MG, 15 km from Santo Hilário and 100 meters from the Clube Estância de Furnas and access to the Represa and Lago de Furnas. Located 7 km from Piumhi, the headquarters house of the JC-Araras farm has 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, kitchen and kitchenette, balcony, with a wood stove and barbecue. Ribeirão Araras crosses a good part of the farm, thus creating several points conducive to cooling down. The water used, in the headquarters house, comes from a spring brought by a hose and a water region that passes behind the house. Simple, bucolic place. Ideal for being inspired by an experience tourism.
