Holiday rentals with breakfast in São Vicente

Amaury wrote me immediately after the booking and offered me to send us their driver to pick us up from the airport. The room fit the description perfectly in terms of commodity, size and view. We head a nice balcony with the view of the port and the entire town. The accommodation was super clean. Our bed linen and towels were exchanged on daily basis and the bathroom and the room were kept clean. The personal was always kind, correct and helpful. The evening before out check out we kindly ask them to serve us breakfast 15 min prior to the regular hour, since we needed to leave and this was no problem. I would go to this accommodation again and can warmly recommend it to anyone visiting Mindelo. Jelena

November 2016. Suite vista We spent one night in this magical place,steeped in history.amaury the owner really helped us prepare for our stay beforehand and the staff is very attentive. The suite is very spacious and cozy and the view of the Bay of Mindélo is breathtaking. In short, for having made other nights on other places on the island, I would highly recommend this hotel.

This is by far the best place I've stayed. I am a dedicated airbnb member, and I was extremely satisfied with this host's apartment. The location is by far the best part! It is a 5 minute walk from Laginha's boardwalk. The room is a great size! Bigger than I thought it would be. The bathroom itself has its own bathroom. You'll feel like you are in a guest house. Every morning I was given breakfast- which was something most host's don't offer. Overall, I enjoyed my stated and would definitely come again! Plus the price is amazing!

Amaury was present by the day of my reservation. Check-in and check-out are facilitated because a very friendly taxi is looking for us at the airport and drops us off at the apartment. everything was very clean and functional and the location and strategic for activities. On foot there is a small hill but it gives a nice view. do not hesitate the breakfast is complete with quite wide schedules. i would recommend it and would definitely go back.

Great accommodation with a great view on the bay ! Perfect to enjoy the sunset from the terrace. Veronico and the team are very thoughtful and helpful ! Our room was spacious and clean. We happily recommend this place should you want to spend a few days in Mindelo !

It is with the warmest of memories that I write this review🤗 Thierry and Lina were the most wonderful hosts during our vacation in the islands of Cabo Verde. Everything was top notch, from location to cleanliness and communication, we really felt at home. We had everything and more we needed for our 4 day stay. Few minutes walk to the beach, port and city center. We felt the attention of these people and their desire to make our vacation as good as possible. Finally Thierry took us to the airport. The apartment was clean and well equipped. The highlight of the place is the amazing sea view from the balcony. Breakfast in the morning is very generous. Lazareto is quiet and doesn't have much going on around. If you go out at night to Mindelo it has been recommended to us to take a taxi. We stayed only for one night and enjoyed our stay very much.

really nice place. I stayed here for two months and had a great time. The house and especially the terraces are beautiful. The staff and owner are really friendly.

Elsa is an extraordinary host. The apartment is probably the most beautiful on the island - with views of the ocean, the mountains, and everything else. A grocery store right in the building, and a pool downstairs (it was being renovated when we were there so we didn't get to use it, but it looks stunning). There is also a second grocery store via a 7 minute walk, and CNAD is about 8 minutes away, not to mention the 10-12 minute walk to the beach. I can't say enough wonderful things about Elsa as a host - she goes out of her way to make you feel connected to the community. Thanks, Elsa!

We've enjoyed Cindy's place a lot. It is perfect if you want to work remotely with a beautiful view or to just relax. It is very spacious and cosy. Terrace is definitely better than it looks on the pictures! The view is amazing! :) . We order traditional breakfast twice and got THE most delicious Catchupa we have tried on the island of São Vicente. I would definitely recommend this place further.
