Luxury rentals in Sapodilla Bay Beach

Beautiful multi-level villa right on Taylor Bay near Chalk Sound. Lovely pool and deck, spacious kitchen and living room. Hand carved wooden able for ten persons in the dining room. So many artful and tasteful details throughout the house. We choose the 7 bedroom option which opens a 2BR suite off the garden below the pool level. So much to see! Diving pelicans, schools of fish, a barracuda and a dolphin, right behind the house. The host even supplied 4 bicycles for morning tours along Chalk Sound Road. Our family of 12 persons loved it and we'd go back in a heartbeat.

This was an amazing villa for my family and I. The host was very communicative. They responded quickly to the small requests we did have. The view and access to the water was breathtaking and very easily walkable. We even received the cutest refreshments to start our vacation as well as the hosts bringing balloons to celebrate my daughter’s 5th birthday. I would recommend this place to anyone and I look forward to staying here again.

Excellent house. Just as you see in the photos on AirBnB. Nice private location, beach front but at the quiet end of the beach away from Grace Bay. Super close to a very nice snorkeling site. House is in virtually new condition with all the modern touches with big screen TVs, Sonos music systems throughout and a great kitchen with all the essentials. Also includes all the toys, snorkeling gear and paddle boards. And the services provided by Grace Bay was terrific, particularly Michael, our concierge. But housekeeping and and the pool and beach staff were outstanding as well. We were surprised by all the extras that were included like a full daily breakfast, delivered and set up, a full refrigerator with soft drinks and fruit juices as well as multiple bottles of liquor and wine. We would definitely stay again if we make it back to Turks & Caicos.

We recently stayed at this beautiful property in Providenciales, Turks and Caicos, and had a wonderful time. The home is spacious, airy, & located in a quiet neighborhood close to serene Sunset Beach, with a golf cart for easy access. Daily beach chair setup with loungers and umbrellas at Sunset Beach was a fantastic perk. The outdoor space was amazing—large dining table, lounge chairs, umbrella, Bali bed, pool, and an outdoor living room with ceiling fans. The three large patio doors with screens allowed for a perfect cross breeze, and the location was quiet, with no noise from neighbors indoors. While we loved the property, there were some areas for improvement. The second bedroom lacked amenities like a full-length mirror, & the fire alarm was overly sensitive, triggered by neighbors grilling. We also had a delay getting into the property due to missing instructions, but issues were resolved, & our concierge became more helpful over time. Overall, we loved our stay & would return.

I loved this place and would love to make this a yearly or even multi yearly trip! Apri made this vacation completely luxurious. This would not have been the same without him and the team! The staff overall was a 10/10. This will be the only home I stay in when I visit Turks unless I purchase property!

Our stay at Sunset Close was fantastic!! It had everything we could have asked for and was large enough to accommodate our big group. Our hosts were great at communicating with us about check in and recommendations on what to do during our visit. The patio and pool was our favorite hang out spot. We also used the grill, fire pit, kayak and paddles boards available to us. The villa is located in Chalk Sound away from the commercialized part of the island. It was a very peaceful stay. We rented cars for when we wanted to go into town, other beaches, the grocery store and out to restaurants. When looking for a near by beach to the villa, we recommend Sapodilla Beach! Our family had a wonderful time and we would definitely stay again!

This villa was AMAZING and breathtaking! It literally matches all the pictures that are listed in the site. The staff was so friendly and was super responsive with anything I needed. I would 10/10 recommend and can’t wait to visit again!

Villa Cielo is a dream! Everything is exactly as the photos show. The place is gorgeous. Putra the Butler and Afkar the Chef were both amazing and went above and beyond. The host was very responsive prior to our arrival and the concierge assisted us with reservations. We were here with our young adult children and we all had such an amazing stay. Highly recommend.

House and location were A-MAZing. SO much room. Everything you needed to relax and be pampered at the same time. On the leeward side of the island so no waves - we didn't want any. Sunsets were magnificent. Natural privacy from neighbors. Steps down into the water made it a very easy enter and exit. We saw a turtle pass by every day. We snorkeled and saw a star fish the size of a dinner plate. We even got to see a dolphin - more than one? playing out in our water. Traffic from sea doos from the nearby public access beach but ah, no biggie.
