The house has an approx. 500m² green area, living room, 4 bedrooms, bathroom with shower stall, 2 kitchens, one of which is an open concept with a barbecue and sink. The house's private outdoor area features a huge lawn, swimming pool, lake, lakeside deck and garage. Great location! 5-minute walk to the village beach, 7 minutes to downtown Saquarema and 9 minutes to the bus station. Bathtub not included. We do not offer bedding.

AMAZING BEACHFRONT HOUSE IN BRAZILIAN SURF CAPITAL

Have a perfect stay listening to the sounds of the waves! Relax in our grassy garden with trees, enjoy our pool overlooking the sea and have special moments in our gourmet area with barbecue facilities and beer tap. Our home has 4 bedrooms, all with air AC, with 3 being en-suite. There is a cozy living room with satellite tv; a games room with darts and snookers and a beautiful kitchen with a balcony boasting stunning views of the ocean. It is excellent for home-office with 420 mz internet.

Beachfront apartment, with a family atmosphere, located about 1500 meters from the central square, where there are several restaurants, pizzerias, ice cream parlors, handicraft shops and the Church of Our Lady of Nazareth, which is a 20-minute walk away. It features a game room and a parking space. The place is very quiet but 3 minutes from the hustle and bustle of the city. It is 4 km from Itaúna Beach (capital of Surfing) and 4 km from CBV. For added guest safety, we offer self check-in.

All spaces are rented to only 1 guest. There are 5 rooms all on the ground floor, with a beautiful pool, 5 minutes from the beach and the lagoon, on a very quiet and safe street with good lighting. Close to the city center, 6 minutes on foot from Boqueirao Beach, 5 minutes by car and 25 minutes on foot from Vila Beach. Essential shopping nearby, being able to do everything without using a car. Children and animals live in complete harmony with nature.

Amazing house – Ideal for the weekend: huge pool!

Large house in the calm side of Saquarema (Jardins). Completely private area with more than 20.000m2. Own swimming pool and barbecue area. Fully equipped kitchen incl. washing machine and dish washer. Wonderful view of the city, the lagoon, the church and the beach. ~4km of downtown. Many trees with fruits (mangos, bananas, papaya, ...) and small monkeys that visit daily if you feed them with bananas. The real tropical experience!
