It's a 4th floor without elevator access! One of the nicest homes on the site! The accommodation was very nice and very well located. The cleanliness was impeccable. The view is exceptional. We had a water pressure problem in the different taps throughout the stay and there were some missing items. There were NO basic ingredients like salt or oil! There weren't even kitchen knives or a cutting board! We asked for it. There was a coffee machine. NOTHING ELSE! Not even a filter! EVERYTHING seems to be removed after the summer guests leave! ! We received 1 TOILET ROLL for 7 nights! No kitchen towels, no all-purpose towels, no kitchen sponge, no garbage bags. No need to clean!

Alda was an amazing host - extremely responsive and helpful with local recommendations. Albania is up and coming for sure and we will be sure to return to see its progress with tourism.

Alba was so helpful, I made a mistake in length of booking that I didn't discover until night before check-out. Alba extended our stay, with great communication fairly late at night. She went the extra mile. I highly recommend Alba and the property she manages. 5 star !!

Zoltan’s place was brilliant, great value for money and great location, Flat was clean and welcoming , all in all the flat was a great stay and would recommend it to anyone. Definitely we will come back.

In short, Apartment is completely new, clean and with all necessary amenities which is we needed when we are away from home. Host and co host is quick responsive at any time which is really good. We really enjoyed the place and Main thing big parking space so you can park easily. Much appreciated.

This is easily one of the best Airbnbs in all of Albania. Everything was perfect and thoughtfully designed. The apartment is clean, bright, cozy, fully furnished, and beautifully decorated. It’s incredibly well-equipped, making it ideal for long stays as everything you need is right there. Fabjola arranged weekly cleanings, which were a wonderful touch! The location is slightly uphill, but the peaceful neighborhood and lovely sunset views more than make up for it. I especially appreciated that all the furniture, linens, and kitchenware were in excellent condition, almost brand new. I highly recommend this flat—definitely worth the price!

The apartement has great location -facing both the sea and the river. Nearby there is cafe Troy that serves good food and has decent service.

The apartment was amazing! The views were absolutely stunning – even better than the photos. The apartment was super clean, modern, and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. It’s also in a great location, close to shops, restaurants, and the beach, but still quiet and relaxing. Just note that it is a bit of a walk to Sarande. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Quite a few stairs to climb, but the reward is an unbeatable view; 180 degrees of beach and sea. The apartment was superb, and spotless. The hosts responded to questions within minutes, and were really helpful. Fantastic, would highly recommend, definitely book again. Quite possibly the best Airbnb we've ever booked, and we've been to lots.

Olga was very responsive and always available when needed during our stay. She also recommended several excellent restaurants nearby. The apartment, meanwhile, was impeccable: clean, well-equipped, with everything you need available. But the real highlight is undoubtedly the exceptional view, which we had the chance to admire every morning when we woke up and especially in the evening at sunset... a magical moment! Lovely spacious apartment, perfect for relaxing and close to the beach. Denisa was easy to communicate with, would happily stay again.

I stayed here for a month and I’m so happy I did. It’s a 1 min walk to the grocery store, 8 min walk to gyms, easy walk to the beach and restaurants. They were always reaching out to offer recommendations and even asked if we would like our place cleaned. In unit laundry was amazing and the patio was perfect. WiFi was so fast! We cooked a lot in the kitchen and were so happy to find there was filtered water for us to drink. I would for sure stay here again if I had the chance! Thank you for having us in your home.

Great apartment with a beautiful sea view, the only problem was the location, strictly the problem of the city!!! Clean, tidy apartment, you need to eat everything + parking is no less important in this city!!! The host is great, a person with a big letter I recommend if you are not afraid of long walks on the street

Was a very good apartment to stay in. Xhorxhina was very responsive to all my needs and helped me when I need to anything. Her aunt helped with check in and check out. The promenade is a 5 minute walk from the apartment. Overall a very nice place to stay in Sarande.

Our stay in Sarandë was absolutely perfect! The apartment is located in a stunning spot — just steps away from the sea, with breathtaking views and everything within easy reach. The place was sparkling clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The host was truly wonderful — friendly, helpful, and always quick to respond. Artin and his family were lovely hosts. There is plenty of privacy while it was also reassuring that his family was close by if needed. Artin brought us some delicious ripe figs our first morning there. A great place.

Awesome. All is new, clean and beautiful. The beach is just ten steps away:) The water is cristal clear. We felt welcomed. Lerti and her family were very kind to us and all people there were very nice and helpful. Overall, excellent experience. We will defintely visit again

The apartment is beautifully large and tastefully furnished – you immediately feel comfortable. Everything was very clean and everything was really thought of, especially in the kitchen, which is equipped with all utensils. Communication was smooth and very friendly. In the evening it can sometimes get a little louder, but that was not a big problem for us. A small downside: The jacuzzi takes a little longer, as the boiler only supplies a limited amount of warm water. Overall, however, a great apartment in which you will enjoy staying!
