Indico the blindfolded location!! I stayed 4 days with the family and Jairo was extremely attentive and helpful. Quick to respond, polite and made all the information very clear! Casa clean and organized! We intend to come back more often!

The place is super quiet and ideal for resting. In relation to utensils, the kitchen is complete and you do not need to take anything. The Chácara is surrounded and does not have the risk of the pet running away. I loved the eggs and soap that were left in the welcome kit. The bad part is that it passed very quickly and I didn't want to leave.

Very comfortable, clean house, quiet environment, super wooded. Dani (host who served us) extremely attentive, quickly answering all doubts. We want to come back at other times.

We were in 8 adults and 4 children and we were well allocated. The condominium is organized and safe, we made daily walks with great tranquility. All New Year Stadium at Erik's house was great! The house is much larger than it appears in the photos and it was impeccable to receive our group. All the equipment in the house works, possessing everything we need and a little bit more. The condominium is very safe for those who want to spend a quiet stadia. From the first day we rented Erik was always very requested and helped us with all the questions we had about the house very quickly, not leaving us in any moment. I highly recommend the house and we will definitely be back more often.

The super cozy house is in a beautiful place, super private and exactly as we see in the photos. It's an ideal location if you need to disconnect! The fact that they had other houses on the land didn't get in the way of anything and we had days with a lot of privacy. In addition, Flávia is a sweetheart and is always in contact with you if you need anything. I can't wait to go back to other rest days there :)

Mr. James and his wife are exceptional people! They received my family super well, they were attentive and made us feel at home. The space is impeccable, very comfortable and connected us with nature. Even Apollo had the company of Pety! 🐶❤️ I recommend and we will definitely be back soon!

I had a wedding dinner for my family and godparents at the Santa Paulina farm, as I needed a place that would accommodate everyone who came from other cities and states. Everything was perfect! The farm is exactly as advertised. Camilla, Clicia (housewife) and Amadeu (pool man) are always very helpful and kind! About the facilities, everything was impeccable! Everyone was extremely comfortable in the 5 bedrooms and had a great time with the leisure options available on the property. We had memorable moments and I hope to return for one of the next weddings!

The farm was amazing from the reception, cleanliness and infrastructure. The extremely attentive, caring hosts treated us with great affection. The landscape of the place is amazing, a refuge for those who literally need to rest. We were surprised by everything they offered us in these last few days. I recommend it and will definitely be back.

Alex and Adriana were super solicited, fast, and did everything to make our stay perfect. Casa marvellous , the pictures make no mention of how good the space is, the condominium , the place as a whole . Everything is extremely new and tasteful , household appliances , bath and bed linens , as well as utensils . Easy access to the site , clarifying information, place was clean and already organized , for our stay ! We recommend it and we will return for sure .

It was one of the best farms and ranches we have ever stayed at… everything was clean and well maintained, even with animals on site… there was not a speck of dirt… trimmed grass, clean pool, equipped kitchen, great barbecue area… best deal on farms for sure… it was really worth it, it's beautiful.

I rented the grassy farm to spend the new year with my family and we had a wonderful experience, everyone settled in well, the space is clean, airy, with an extremely well-kept garden, a balcony that runs through the entire house and leaves the bedrooms and living room well ventilated. The pool space is perfect and the pool is huge! The barbecue and fire pit areas are great too. A very high point to be mentioned is how well equipped the house is, both the bedrooms and bathrooms as well as the kitchen and recreation areas. They had many utensils for cooking, serving and making practically any type of recipe without worrying. Another highlight of the place is the availability of a person who assists in cleaning and organizing the place. Bruna was extremely responsive, proactive and a dear, helping us with what we needed and making us very comfortable. José was an excellent host too, very attentive and available for any questions before and during our stay.
