Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Sarasota County

Another great stay at this house! Love the location, very clean throughout, has everything you would need and more. We spent most of our time in covered outdoor area which has lots of seating options, the pool/hot tub is perfect! The only small issue we had was the door to the pool does not lock securely, therefore adding a safety risk if you have young children. It needs to have an added safety lock on top or something to that nature.

The house is very nice. They had everything you could possibly want. My wife myself and and kids just loved it. Perfect for a family vacation! It’s a great location close to just about everything. Beach was just 15 minutes away. Would definitely vacation here again!

Wow!! Jeff & Lyn’s home was perfect for our stay of 3 adults, 2 kids & 1 infant! Very kid friendly! Everything was extremely clean, organized, all cabinets were labeled. The house was fully stocked with everything you could need including items for baby/child. Garage had plenty of beach toys, wagon, chairs, baby pool float, baby beach tent. Beds were very comfortable & nice linens! The home looks recently upgraded and everything is in great condition. Home is conveniently located to downtown Sarasota, restaurants and local beaches. Jeff & Lyn thought of everything! I can’t think of anything that could be changed or added! Highly recommend this property & will definitely return for a future stay.

One of the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed in! This place is beautiful and had everything we needed. The toy room for our young son was a game-changer and I’m so thankful for Jane’s thoughtfulness to include all of the toys. He had a great time and was always occupied. We also loved the child-safety gate around the pool! It gave us one less thing to have to think about when we were all outside. Overall a beautiful home and I highly recommend it, even more so if you have young children.

We had a wonderful weekend at the property. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The location was peaceful and ideal for a relaxing getaway. The host was responsive and accommodating, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

We had a great stay at this property. Seaglass Management was always responsive and accommodating. The house was clean and the backyard was large and well maintained. The only downside was the bathroom situation. There is no master bathroom and one of the bathrooms for the house is really a 3/4 bath. For 8 adults and a baby the bathroom situation was a little difficult, but we made it work.

We just spent 6 days at Coastal on Hyde and none of us wanted to leave! It was the perfect setting for our beach vacation, not directly on the beach. We were looking for something more private with a pool and this was a great choice. The house is centrally located to the gorgeous Siesta Key Beach, the downtown waterfront, the beautiful Marie Selby Gardens, as well as many restaurants. The house itself is open and airy with simple, but elegant furnishings. It felt cozy from the moment we walked in. As others have stated, the pool and backyard were perfect for the adults and the kids. We spent many hours out there and it felt private and peaceful. There is a small park with a playground in walking distance which was fun for the kids to scooter around. The house is well-stocked with plenty of items for the beach and for cooking meals. Luis was very responsive and friendly. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again if we return to Sarasota.

My husband, son and I loved staying at this gorgeous property. The interior is adorably decorated and very clean and the outdoor space was perfect too. The pool was such a great addition to this house, my 4yo son has been asking to go back to the “pool house” since we left. We’re already checking schedules to see when we can come back for another visit. The location is great too- very close to siesta key beach, the village and all of the local amenities that Sarasota has to offer. I cannot rave about this property enough. I can’t wait to come back for another visit!

5 stars! We had a fantastic stay at this home! The house was spotless and very well-equipped with everything we needed—from kitchen supplies to extra towels. The pool and jacuzzi were definitely highlights; perfect for relaxing at the end of the day. It was also great to find a place that’s truly pet-friendly—our dog felt right at home. Everything was just as described, if not better. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again!

We enjoyed staying at this privet quate property. It is as described and showns on the puctures. The property is located in quiet neighborhood, the landscape is well maintained. I didnt know at first it is a condo and there is other rental conected but we never heard any noice. It was very peaceful. Beautiful grounds. Full kitchen, has everything you need to cook a full meals, spacious rooms. The property has everything you need for vocation. It is close to alot of stores. About 15-20 min to popular beaches. Also there is a swiming pool at the property, very clean and well maintained, though we didnt use it alot. Showers were very clean, and good water pressure. I highly recomend this place ! The owner is friendly and responsive. Few things i would improve: the kitchen pans are stainless steel and it was hard to cook in them. Food would stick and burnt at the bottom. There are plenty of beach chairs but not umbrella unfortunately. Overall wonderful place!

Everything was extremely clean and comfortable and Jeff responded with any of my questions/ needs quickly!!! He made everything very easy which made checking in very smooth. Highly recommend renting from him!!! I willl be again in the near future!!!

We went to the Airbnb for two birthdays and Father’s Day for our family of 10. Very spacious, beautiful living and outdoor area. Appreciated having all the little extras like paper goods, spices toiletries, etc. the pool area had all of the toys for the kids and they were so many beaches within minutes. Host was very responsive and timely. Only negative was 4th bedroom (bath) was not air conditioned. Kids just showered in the master, which was the size of three bathrooms.! Would definitely recommend this home and will be back again. PS kids loved the Zip Line!

This was the best house we’ve ever rented and will definitely rent again. Dorcia is the perfect host and the house is absolutely beautiful. Communication was quick and precise. We had everything we needed inside the house and on the lanai. The lanai is set up perfectly and we spent most of our days and nights in the pool. At night, we turned the pool lights and the white string lights on while listening to music on the tv. Every night was perfect and so relaxing. The master bedroom is a dream with a comfy king sized bed, double walk-in closets, and the gorgeous walk-in doorless shower. The other two bedrooms are on the other side of the house which gave all of us our own space. It’s an easy drive to all the restaurants, shopping, and beaches. Thank you, Dorcia, for a wonderful stay and we will definitely rent again.

The location was great for work, the place had all the amenities that were needed during my stay.

Comfortable, cozy, clean and convenient. Appreciated all the supplies for a two week stay. I have stayed at other location that have provided an extra roll of tp and 2 detergent pods. Would definitely stay at Sue’s place next time if available. Thanks Again John

Agata's villa was perfect and she was very responsive when we had a question. We appreciated the well equipped kitchen, modern appliances, lanai dining table, the reading lights and comfortable furniture in the living room, the bathtub as well as shower in both bathrooms, the Smart TV (there are three TVs), and the beach and children's equipment in the garage. The complex is lovely, peaceful and private -- a good place to take a walk, swim in the pool, play pickleball with an active group, use the billiards table in the clubhouse, join in on occasional activities such as bingo or trivia. The area is close to grocery shopping, The Legacy Trail for biking, Tamiami Trail and convenient for traveling to area beaches. We plan to go back here again and again. Thank you, Agata!
