Villa holiday rentals in Sarasota

We enjoyed our stay at Monika's home. Everything was exactly as pictured. We have stayed in Rotunda West a few times and like the neighborhood. It's quiet, safe and the neighbors are friendly. There are so many beaches nearby and great shopping. Monika is a great host, quick to respond with any questions and very accommodating. Thank you Monika for sharing your home with us.

This was one of the best homes we’ve ever booked-Besides feeling at home,(we extended bec we didn’t want to leave) everything you need from pool floats, games, beach items & so much more. The master bedroom is a nice space away from other 2 bedrooms. The tub has jets and much bigger than the standard. Separate Shower is huge. Bathroom, bedrooms & livingroom have pool access as well. Perfect kitchen, grill and lanai space is amazing for sitting and watching the rain. Quiet and just 45 min from Sarasota. 12 min from Starbucks, 20 to publix and other places to eat. Hosts are amazing, reply quickly and answer any ques you might have. We are already planning on booking again. We live in Sarasota but enjoy getaways away from everything. Absolutely A++

Graham's place is a beautiful home!! The house is filled with everything you need, everything for the beach, stocked kitchen, towels, blankets ect.. The living room is so cozy and we were all obsessed with the showers!! We loved sitting on the patio for morning coffee and watching the golfers. The pool was always the perfect temperature. My family loved the house! Thanks!!

Julia's place was just what we've been looking for. Close to the main roads to the beaches and restaurants while still very quiet and private. The pool was clean and refreshing. All the beds were comfortable. Plenty of beach chairs, umbrella, noodles, etc. Great to have a garage to park in. This place checked so many boxes for us. We will certainly be renting this spot on future trips to Florida. Thanks, Julia.

We had such a great stay! Yev & Luba were incredibly gracious and welcoming — they really go out of their way to make sure you feel at home. The location is peaceful and quiet, which was perfect for relaxing after busy days out exploring. The place was spotless and had all the amenities we needed (and then some!). It’s very family-friendly — our kids absolutely loved it and had a blast! We highly recommend if you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and calm getaway with kind hosts and great vibes!

This villa was very quiet and private. The view of the surrounding area from the lanai was especially enjoyable. It is just a short walk to the pool and to the outdoor grills. The circle is a great place to get a walk in anytime, day or night. The neighborhood is quiet and has a very safe and friendly feel. Clara went out of her way to help when called upon.

Our family vacation at Verushka's Starfish beach house was wonderful! The location was perfect, a short walk to the sand and a clean pool. The house was beautifully decorated, clean, and had everything needed, including beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, pool noodles and a fully stocked kitchen. Verushka was a great host, always quick to respond and offered helpful local tips. The only minor issue was the slow to no Wi-Fi, but overall the stay was LOVED and this property would be highly recommended for a relaxing beach getaway! 5 stars! My family and I will be back. A++++ stay! Felt so lucky to be the inaugural renters of this beautiful property, which had all the amenities, cleanliness and professional caretaking of a top-flight rental, but still somehow felt like a home. HUGE house, perfect for a family with lots of privacy and space for everyone. The private access beach is a rare and unbelievably luxurious plus, and the house comes equipped with warm-water outdoor shower, beach chairs and umbrellas and to help you make the most of it. One of the best-stocked kitchens I've ever seen, with every possible kitchen accessory and super-sharp knives. The managers / owners were very responsive, gracious and helpful -- definitely pros. An idyllic, peaceful getaway, tucked away in your own private corner of Gulf Coast Florida . . . Highest recommendation.

We had a great stay. Dave was a terrific host, responding very quickly to our questions. The area is very quiet with friendly neighbours. The views from the front of the property are spectacular and we witnessed so many amazing sunsets. The wildlife is incredible we saw manatees numerous times in the canal and in the inter coastal waterways, 2 cheeky sea otters in the canal and not to mention the beautiful bird life and dolphins. The house is spacious and has a well stocked kitchen everything you could possibly need. We used the pool everyday it’s a great size. It’s a great house

This property was fantastic! Located in a great spot near shopping and restaurants, it made exploring Siesta Keys so convenient. The host was incredibly responsive and attentive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The home was well-equipped with everything we needed, including beach chairs, beach towels, a large cooler with wheels, and a cart with wheels—perfect for days at the beach! We absolutely loved the patio and pool area; it was the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Siesta Keys and would definitely stay here again on our next trip. Truly a wonderful experience!

The house is roomy and had plenty of space for everyone, including multiple eating spaces and nice outdoor areas, especially the breezy top floor porch with nice water and sunset views. It's truly a 5-minute max walk or 2-minute drive to a busy beach with amenities (cafe/outdoor showers/restrooms), or a 10- to 15-minute drive to the less-busy/fewer amenities beaches at the island's northern and southern ends. Also that same 2-minute drive to the grocery, two drug stores, and several restaurants. While close to a main road, at the house and even outside it was strikingly quiet and serene. The pool was nice and the game room was great to have. My one suggestion would be the addition of a designated sand-wash-off spot/hose at the front of the house near the driveway.

We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back! This is a great location, especially for boaters. The pool was great. The sunrise views and watching the boats come and go were incredible. You’re walking distance from the beach and some great restaurants (i.e. Temptations, Scarpa’s, The Outlet, Pink Elephant, etc.). The pool was great, especially for entertaining the kids. The house was incredible and the host was very responsive and accommodating. I highly recommend renting a golf cart from Kappy’s (host recommendation) to putz around town and explore the area.

My husband and I, along with our two daughters, son in laws and 17-month-old granddaughter had a wonderful stay at Calico. The house was stocked with everything you could possibly need and was in a great location. We enjoyed the pool, the fun games and were so grateful for the supply and use of all the beach equipment. Celine was a great host, very responsive and quick to answer any questions we had. Thank you Celine for all the helpful tips, the amazing guidebook and sharing your beautiful home with us. It was our first time visiting Anna Maria Island and we can’t wait to come back!

Absolutely LOVED our stay! Host and owners were VERY responsive, even during a minor issue at check in, they responded and had it resolved extremely fast. Very clean, comfortable, neighbors were so friendly, we felt very safe, this place made our girls’ weekend PERFECT! And the salt water pool?! Chef’s kiss!!!! We loved it!! Thank you so much for having us and allowing us to enjoy this little slice of heaven in Florida!

The home was as described. We really enjoyed the pool, and everything we needed was there. Our dog loved the fenced backyard too. The mattresses were very comfortable. While we were a little hesitant about plane noise after our arrival, the air traffic didn’t interrupt our sleep or fun at all. Highly recommend Gina’s listing, and we would definitely stay there again.

Christine's home was amazing and it was the perfect size & space for our family. My family enjoyed the pool and didn't ever want to get out. The property was close to Lido Beach & Siesta Beach, which we enjoyed both. We actually extended our time for a couple more days with no issues. Thank you Christine so much for having your home available for our family to enjoy and if we ever look into having another AirBnB, we definitely will book. I will also tell others if they are looking for an AirBnB in the Sarasota area.

We had a lovely stay at Villa 7! It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed (and more!). The kitchen was well stocked, the beach toys were a fabulous treat for the kids, and we loved the fun garage space! Kat was quick to respond to any questions and very friendly. We appreciated the clear instructions, recommendations, and information she shared with us. We walked to the beach and the pool and could easily rinse off using the outdoor shower. We also enjoyed walking to the Daquiri Deck & Captain Curts, and taking the free Breeze Trolley into the village. This location is great and the villa itself is very nice!! Definitely recommend :)

Great place to stay, will say it was missing the most random stuff like a broom to sweep floors/cleaning supplies. Trash bags and things like that. I left my box of trash bags and a broom there hoping the next guest can catch a break but the home was great neighbors were nice. No problems at all

I really enjoyed staying in that house, excellent location abeam the golf course and in a quite and secure neighbourhood. Place is very well kept and clean. Wide spaces and well equipped. The pool has a very clean water and being in the direction of the golf course is quite and provide privacy and a good sun exposure. That was my first time in Venice. I really appreciated the time I spent there. Owner is an excellent host.
