Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Sarasota Springs

We had a great stay at the house. Loved the interior decor. Looks like the home was remodeled recently. Everything was fresh and clean. We loved hanging out by the pool. Backyard was very private and peaceful. Posts were very quick with their responses if I had any questions about the home. We would definitely stay at the Home again when we’re in town.

Rose’s place was perfect for our family!! Our kids LOVED the pool!! Even when it was raining they would swim. It was very private and felt right at home! Very easy and quick drive to the different beaches. Near an Amish community with local ice cream shop and cafe. Had a lot of stuff to use in the kitchen and bathrooms which helped when we would stay in and cook. Also had beach stuff so we didn’t need to buy anything which helped so much!! Will definitely book again when we come back. So glad we found this house!

This house was adorable! Loved the decor - cute touches and uncluttered throughout. Drawers/cabinets were clearly labeled and there were all sorts of things there that you might have forgotten- even hair ties! Bed was comfortable. Whole place was cozy and comfy- I didn’t want to leave! Tons of great recommendations in the guest book by the front door. I wholeheartedly recommend this home!

Fantastic Airbnb! Seaglass Management and Joy are great to work with. Very responsive! Great location, very safe, amazing pool and jacuzzi, close to downtown, restaurants and the Legacy bike trail. Will definitely book again in the near future.

I would definitely consider returning to this comfortable little bungalow. All was as described and fully functional. Only annoyance were some vocal roosters next door, but not so much that they disturbed sleep or detracted from the relaxing atmosphere inside.

We enjoyed staying here and will be back.

Fabulous stay at Katya’s…perfect place to practice rest-n-relaxation techniques…out the door to the left for walk on the wild side…out the door to the right and life’s a beach…will definitely keep on top of list for places to stay & play ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN! My wife is very picky about cleanliness of an Airbnb. We always go straight to the shower, sinks, floor corners and rugs. Paul's place is the model of cleanliness and clutter free. It is newly remodeled, and everything we great! There was no dirt, mold, clutter, dust, etc... The location is great. It is in a typical old florida neighborhood (circa 50's or 60's maybe)? Many of the homes have been well maintained or remodeled, but probably not like Paul's place. We found it to be spacious and comfortable. The location is close to the interstate, downtown and the beaches within 20 min or so. In the garage, there are some cool things to use. We used the beach chairs, beach towels and umbrella for our two trips to the beach. It was so handy! Although we did not use the pool, there were plenty of pool toys to enjoy, also. The full-size washer and dryer are also a plus!! The mattresses are on the firm side, and the pillows are feather.

We had a great stay at Lisa’s. It was well stocked and had everything we needed for a great stay. Would definitely recommend!

Ed and Bunny’s place was very clean and private. The neighborhood is quiet and only 10 minutes from Siesta Key which was our main location to visit on the trip. They provided beach chairs and towels for beach goers and left a note for recommendations.

Great location in Sarasota! The apartment was comfortable and very clean, and just a few minutes' drive to beautiful beaches and restaurants. Vanessa and Nicole were very responsive and gave us helpful instructions. We would definitely stay here again!

We (two people from Germany) stayed here for a week, not for the first time – great location: close to Siesta Key, Lido Beach, and downtown; beautiful accommodation – very lovingly and beautifully furnished, we felt like we were at a friend's house; we had everything we needed, even all the beach equipment; Dan and Charles are great hosts. We would like to come back.

Peter and Pearl are awesome hosts! The Peaceful Retreat feels welcoming and cheerful, with very comfortable furnishings. These hosts have thought of everything! The location is great too, whether you walk or drive. We were in Sarasota to attend graduation at RCAD and the location was perfect!

We had a wonderful stay at Anubuy’s place! The home was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. Anubuy was a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and thoughtful throughout our stay. They made sure we felt right at home, and their attention to detail really stood out. The location was perfect—peaceful, yet conveniently close to everything we wanted to explore. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

My husband, 2 ur old twins, and I stayed at this cute little studio and it was perfect!! The place was super clean and inviting and really close to a lot of stores and restaurants. The beach isn’t a far drive at all either! We absolutely loved this stay and will definitely be back!! The hosts were so sweet and made sure to give clear instructions and check on us through out our stay!! If you’re looking for a cozy getaway that’s close to the beach and has an abundant variety of restaurants this is it!! Thank you Vanessa & Nicole!!

Roy’s place was comfortable, had good amenities, good location ( multiple beaches and restaurants in a close radius). The house was beautiful and just as described. The pool/hot tub, and outdoor seating was private and well maintained. Chairs, umbrella, and cooler were available to use which was a nice plus. We would definitely love to stay at this place again. Roy was quick to respond to any questions we had.

Had a great stay and everything was as listed. Clean and convient, quiet location, 5 minute walk to the beach. Was located right across from both pool and laundry room (quarters only) which was great. William also provided beach chairs and umbrella as well as small cooler which was exactly what I needed

Great stay, the location, the amenities all were wonderful. Melissa and Brandon were super responsive and the place had more essential stocked than most of the other places we have stayed, which was very thoughtful. Melissa also had a regular coffee pot sent out to us right away, since we don’t use Keurig’s which was super nice and very much appreciated. We would definitely come back!

Doris's AirBnB was exactly as listed. It was very clean. The neighborhood was quiet. It was in the perfect location. We had no problems at all. I would definitely book again.

The pictures don’t do this place justice. Welcomed by a beautiful view, and a nice well kept exterior. The unit we stayed in was in the 3rd floor, which allowed for the best views and the most privacy. The unit was clean, well-kept, and updated, even though the point of the vacation was to enjoy the beach/island, it was a place you felt you might accidentally stay Inside too long. We are planning our trip for next year already back to this very spot.

This condo was everything I needed and more! The location? Absolutely perfect—the beach is literally your backyard. Waking up to that ocean view the next morning was a dream. Restaurants and activities were just minutes away, which made everything so easy and fun. Heidi, the host, went above and beyond. Her communication was fast, kind, and incredibly thoughtful. She even surprised us with a delicious key lime pie and orange juice waiting for us after jet skiing—such a sweet and personal touch! I truly have no complaints. Everything about this stay was peaceful, beautiful, and seamless. I’d absolutely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a relaxing and magical beach getaway. 🌴🌊💛

Another wonderful trip to Siesta! This is our third stay in one of Evan’s places, and we were not disappointed. This unit had a great view of the Gulf (this particular building has the most direct view, without the parking lot!), and the screened in lanai was amazing! As always, the unit was clean, well-stocked, and a perfect home away from home. Already counting down the days till we return!

I consider myself a seasoned veteran traveler… So when I walked into an Airbnb in Lido Beach, I wasn't sure what to expect actually. I pleasantly surprised. Unit number 12 is perfect for me. located in the corner of the small property where multiple units were located. Nice pool, nice shaded paths excellent landscaping it just felt good to be there :-) Every time I travel, I take an assessment of the things I need to go buy. You know simple things the kitchen or for a walk to the beach. This team had everything including the beach chairs. I would highly recommend this property. This host in this area. I just purchased a property in Sarasota area and I will try to use this spot again as my secret getaway. Awesome experience.
