Holiday rentals with a patio in Sarasota Springs

The hosts were super friendly and quick to respond to any questions we had. The house was in great shape and appeared to have been recently renovated. Everything was squeaky clean down to the vacuum lines in the sofa. If you plan to make a trip to the beach, they have provided beach chairs, umbrella, football, sunblock, etc. The neighborhood was quiet and easy to find. I would recommend anyone visiting Sarasota to check this place out. Definitely 5 stars!!!

Alexandra is a wonderful host. She is very responsive and helpful. Her place is just as described, very convenient with the added bonus of parking directly at the entrance to the condo. The mattress is excellent!

Our stay was seamless! The location of the apartment was in walking distance to all there is to do in Sarasota, and having parking included meant we could explore beyond Sarasota to the other local areas. The apartment was comfortable and everything was clean. When we go back we’d definitely stay here again!

The room was perfect. Megan was kind, helpful and responsive. The fenced in yard was great for my dogs. We will be returning and recommending the room to all our friends and family.

this place is great perfect for a quick get away. it's so close to the beach, tons of restaurants nearby. also Chris was very kind an responsive he had beach chairs an canopy that came in handy. cain't forgot about the hot tub it was perfect to end the night and relax.

The house looks exactly like the pictures! It was amazing . The house was so beautiful and so clean! Edina , Doris and joe the maintenance guy were very responsive and helpful. The house is on a quiet road . The pool was beautiful especially at night . The house is very close to siesta key beach and there’s so much more all near the home . I would Recommend this house and I will definitely be coming back :) it was a good experience.

We had a great, weeklong stay. This was actually one of the most seamless Airbnb stays I’ve ever had - instructions were clear and the house was as expected. Easy to get to all the nearby beaches, restaurants, and shopping. The host was friendly, accessible and responsive.

We loved Kate’s Place. It was so comfortable and inviting. The pictures don’t do it justice. We loved the beach theme and all the fun colors. The rooms were spacious, especially the kitchen. My family of five had plenty of space to move around and relax. We really enjoyed the pool and all the pool toys. It was a great way to start and end our day. The house was in a great location. Everything was within a short drive and Allisan was very responsive if we had a question.

This was a great home to stay at, our best Airbnb we've experienced so far! We had a 1yr old & 6yr old with us & it was set up perfectly. They had the pack n play (and high chair) all set up for us upon arrival which was much appreciated since travel with young kids is...a lot. The bin of wooden and Lego type blocks was so extremely helpful to entertain both kids, along with the smart tvs! We also greatly appreciated the beach gear. The home looked very clean & we loved the setup. Wonderfully stocked kitchen,bathrooms, etc. Finally, the neighborhood seemed decently quiet and peaceful. When the kids went to bed, my husband & I were able to hang out by the pool (loved the lights) and get some well needed down time just listening to the birds and crickets. We would absolutely select this home if/when we're back to the area. The beach was about 20min drive, probably the only downfall I can come up with, but it was such an easy drive & the home was so close to grocery stores etc. Thank you!

Sarah’s place was amazing! Everything was just as described. She was super responsive and even sent out a pool cleaner the next morning when I told her about a bug in the pool. The location is amazing because it’s no more than 15 minutes to the beach, downtown, and 20 minutes to Siesta Key. I would recommend this place!

I must say I was blown away. The house was so clean. I couldn’t believe it. I’ve never stayed at such a clean Airbnb and mo was so accommodating. We decided to stay an extra day and she welcomed us the house had everything and more that you need it, my family enjoyed our stay so much in Florida that we spent more time at the home than we did at the ocean and we went there for the ocean the air mattresses had a hole in it. The next day there was a brand new one at the front door. I just can’t say enough great things about them and the home they supplied us with everything we need toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, sugar cream there was shampoo and conditioner, and body wash. I can just keep going on and on. It was such a great experience. We had a fun fun time. Thank you so much, Mo.

The house was very clean, very cute, and the beds and furniture were very comfortable. Great shower, good amenities and the kitchen had everything I needed. I think the house must have been remodeled recently because everything was so new and fresh. I spent a lot of time working there and it was just overall a perfect stay.

Believe the positive reviews! We had a wonderful six night stay at this New Townhome located close to UTC with plenty of restaurants and shopping very close by. Nathan Benderson Park, Beaches, gyms & downtown Sarasota Bayfront Park & Marina Jack all within a 25min or less drive. Ed was extremely responsive & would answer any questions right away. They provided beach chairs, a cooler, beach towels and even an umbrella which was a definite plus. The home was extremely clean and we all felt very much at home. The beds were extremely comfortable and bed linens felt like higher quality & all beds had plenty of pillows. The neighborhood was very quiet with access to a nice community pool which was very close to the unit. My husband and I and our three adult daughters stayed here very comfortably and had plenty of privacy. I would highly recommend this property and host!

My husband and I really enjoyed our vacation at the wonderful apartment of Lauren and Mario, the place is so clean and cozy. Also, few minutes away from the beach and we drove few times to South Lido Key Beach Park which was so quiet and clean (highly recommend). We definitely will come back 💕

Had a great stay and everything was as listed. Clean and convient, quiet location, 5 minute walk to the beach. Was located right across from both pool and laundry room (quarters only) which was great. William also provided beach chairs and umbrella as well as small cooler which was exactly what I needed

We truly loved staying at this beautiful condo! It was super-super clean, modern-designed, had everything we needed, and even much more! Full spectrum of laundry/cleaning/bathroom supplies in abundance. The space is very cozy, stylish, and the location was really convenient - walking distance to Publix, good restaurants, and other useful places. Andrew and Angel are great hosts and kindest people! Responded immediately and positively to all our questions. Can’t wait to get back and stay here again! We feel lucky to find this place! Thank you Angel and Andrew!

The apartment is clean, included everything necessary for a comfortable stay in it. There were all the cleaning products: for the kitchen, bath, washing powder. Paper towels, garbage bags, toilet paper, beach towels. There were two chic chairs for the beach. The apartment is 10 minutes by car to the beach. Across the road is a grocery store. The only minus for us was the dull knives. Overall, everything is great, I recommend it.

As a mother traveling with kids, this place has everything you’re gonna need! Beautiful pool, cute put-put golf, beach towels, Sand toys, Sun shade, wagon, cooler, beach chairs. My girls played volleyball all week! Private houses on both sides of the unit… so it’s never crowded. We saw several manatees while swimming in the ocean and we got to witness loggerheads nesting at night! So if you’re looking for a truly relaxing vacation (for mom too) I highly recommend this unit and mostly, Heidi as a host!
