Spacious house on two levels surrounded by greenery and a step away from the sea. The house consists of a living area on the upper floor, with a terrace overlooking the sea, and a sleeping area with two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the lower floor. The garden is accessed from the two floors and gives the house peace and privacy. You can walk to the sea in 5 minutes. The beaches of S'Archittu and Santa Caterina are a 5-minute drive, those of the Sinis peninsula are 30 minutes away and the coastal area of Bosa can be reached in 40 minutes.

The roof terrace has wonderful views of the village, mountains, and the sunset over the Mediterranean. Torre del Pozzo Beach Ideal for families

Apartment located on the hill in the town of Torre del Pozzo, you can enjoy a wonderful sea view, you can appreciate the tranquility and scent of the Mediterranean scrub. The nearest beaches are just a few minutes away by car and the main town, Oristano, is 20 minutes away. In the area there are bars, tobacco shops, pizzerias and typical restaurants, two small markets and an ice cream shop. In the nearby village of Riola Sardo there is a supermarket, bank, pharmacy and other services.

Casa Melograno

Casa Melograno is a three-story house with a charming small garden. The ground floor features a spacious kitchen, while the first floor includes a living room (which can also serve as a bedroom) and a bathroom. The bedroom on the second floor is accessible by a ladder. Casa Melograno has been tastefully renovated by us. Please note, it is not suitable for young children under 6 years old due to the lack of a banister on the stairs and the ladder leading to the top-floor bedroom.

L'alloggio si trova a Santa Caterina di Pittinuri, in prossima della bellissima scogliera di surri e sa ida, a circa 300 m dal mare, a circa 1 km 1/2 dall'arco di Sarchittu. Sito in una zona tranquilla, adatto per chi vuole veramente riposarsi, godersi il mare e i tramonti spettacolare. L'appartamento è di circa 60 m2, luminoso, dotato di tutto il necessario per trascorrere una piacevole vacanza. L'arredamento è nuovo, possibilità di pranzare all'aperto, o prendere il sole.

Sa corbe can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. On the ground floor there is the living area and the bathroom; the loft houses the sleeping area. The veranda has a comfortable outdoor shower and is ideal for outdoor lunches and dinners. The garden and play area can be shared.
