Beach cottage 30min from Tampere #Kutalan Helmi#

A spacious log cabin by the lake, completed in 2000, about 30 minutes from Tampere! Location in the sympathetic village of Kutala on the shore of fishy Kulovesi in a sheltered bay. A landscape house has been built for the cottage in autumn 2025. The outdoor lighting has also been renewed and you now have Philips Hue lighting, which gives you bright white or, alternatively, lighting in line with the season's theme for the entire outdoor area. In addition, all the kitchen appliances in the cottage have been replaced (including the induction stove and the convection oven).

Villa Mylly in Näsijärvi

At Villa Mylly you will stay in a peaceful and stylish environment. Completed in 2024, the villa is located in the Paarlahti of Näsijärvi, just a 30-minute drive from the center of Tampere. The place is also accessible by bus. The villa has all the modern day amenities such as an indoor toilet and shower. Accommodates 4 adults and 1 child. The beach sauna is available for an additional fee (25€). The sauna (which is also available for an additional fee of €25) is available during the summer (5.1-9.30).

From Helsinki-Vantaa Airport by train to the lake shore? Log cabin on a beautiful detached house plot. Possibility to swim, rent a wood-fired sauna, kayak (2pcs), sup board (2pcs) and rowing boat. The lake and the adjacent rapids area are popular with fishermen. The Birgitta trail hiking trail and the Lempäälä canoeing trail run alongside. 2 km to the cross-country ski trails. 1.2 km to the train station, from which you can go to Tampere (12 min) and Helsinki (1h20min). Ideapark shopping center 7km.

Moderni villa upealla sijainnilla. Vietä rentouttava loma vuoden jokaisena ajankohtana Villa Mimiksessä. Villa Mimiksen terassilta aukeavat upeat maisemat Ison Oksjärven selälle. Nauti porealtaan kuohuista, tai uskaltaudu rantasaunan kautta järveen. Rantasauna, iso terassi ja kolme makuuhuonetta tarjoavat rentouttavan majoituksen perheen ja ystävien kesken. Hyvä varustelu täyttää vaativatkin tarpeet. Lyhyen ajomatkan päässä Tampereen keskustasta, mutta sijaintina silti rauhallinen ja yksityinen.

Puilla lämmitettävä iso sauna ja terassilla 37-asteinen poreamme (sisältyy hintaan) tarjoavat yhdessä täydellisen rentoutumishetken. Hurjimmat voivat ottaa kylvyn myös hyisessä kylmävesialtaassa🥶! Terassille asennetut sivumarkiisit antavat yksityisyyttä. Saunatuvassa odottaa valmiiksi pedattu 140x200 parisänky. Untuvapeitot takaavat sinulle lämpimät unet. Liinavaatteet ja pyyhkeet sisältyvät hintaan. 😊

Mökki upealla maisemalla Pyhäjärven rannalta

Tämän upeampaa maisemaa suoraan aamiaispöydästään saa hakea! Vuokralle tarjotaan aurinkoiselta Pyhäjärven rannalta mökki, rantasauna ja nukkuma-aitta. Tämä on ihana kohde perinteistä suomalaista mökkeilyä arvostavalle! Hirsimökki on juuri remontoitu ja siellä on uusi hyvin varusteltu keittiö. Kantovesi kaivosta. Yläkerrassa parivuode sekä vuodesohva. Alakerrassa on divaanisohva. Aitassa kesällä 3 vuodetta. Perinteinen puulämmitteinen rantasauna sijaitsee aivan rannassa.

Talo kalaisan Mahnalanselän rannalla. Rauhallinen maaseutumainen sijainti, silti hyvät kulkuyhteydet moneen suuntaan. Puutarhatontti, johon aurinko paistaa lähes koko päivän. Auringonlaskua voit ihailla järveltä käytössäsi olevan soutuveneen, kahden kajakin ja kahden suppilaudan ansiosta. Pitkälle matalahko, pehmeäpohjainen ranta suuntaa länteen. Puulämmitteinen sauna tarjoaa hyvät löylyt. Ulkoporealtaan käytöstä sovittava erikseen. Täysin varusteltu keittiö.

Tilasta löytyy saunan lisäksi pieni jääkaappi, kahvinkeitin, vedenkeitin, astiat aamupalan tekoa varten, hiustenkuivaaja, silitysrauta ja silityslauta, pyyhkeet, peitot, tyynyt, petivaatteet, videotykki, pelejä, lukemista ja huonosti viritetty kitara. Lasten matkasänky tai siskonpeti lattialla on saatavilla pyydettäessä.
