Beach cottage 30min from Tampere #Kutalan Helmi#

A spacious log cabin by the lake, completed in 2000, about 30 minutes from Tampere! Location in the sympathetic village of Kutala on the shore of fishy Kulovesi in a sheltered bay. A landscape house has been built for the cottage in autumn 2025. The outdoor lighting has also been renewed and you now have Philips Hue lighting, which gives you bright white or, alternatively, lighting in line with the season's theme for the entire outdoor area. In addition, all the kitchen appliances in the cottage have been replaced (including the induction stove and the convection oven).

Looking for a place to unwind or take a break from everyday life? Relax on your own or with your family in a peaceful place to stay. The cabin is located in the yard of the owners' house, but in a private and peaceful setting. Here, you can enjoy the tranquility of walking in the woods, relaxing in our fantastic sauna, or even soaking in the hot tub (included in the price from November 2 to 15; otherwise, €170 per stay). This sauna must be experienced! Pet fee: €20 (small dog; no cats!). For children, there is a sandy beach with toys and more. Come and relax!

From the terrace of Villa Mimiksen you can enjoy magnificent views of the back of the Great Oksjärvi. Enjoy the whirlpool of the hot tub, or venture into the lake through the beach sauna. A beach sauna, a large terrace and three bedrooms offer relaxing accommodation for family and friends. Good equipment meets even the most demanding needs. At Villa Mylly you will stay in a peaceful and stylish environment. Completed in 2024, the villa is located in the Paarlahti of Näsijärvi, just a 30-minute drive from the center of Tampere. The place is also accessible by bus. The villa has all the modern day amenities such as an indoor toilet and shower. Accommodates 4 adults and 1 child. The beach sauna is available for an additional fee (25€). The sauna (which is also available for an additional fee of €25) is available during the summer (5.1-9.30).

From Helsinki-Vantaa Airport by train to the lake shore? Log cabin on a beautiful detached house plot. Possibility to swim, rent a wood-fired sauna, kayak (2pcs), sup board (2pcs) and rowing boat. The lake and the adjacent rapids area are popular with fishermen. The Birgitta trail hiking trail and the Lempäälä canoeing trail run alongside. 2 km to the cross-country ski trails. 1.2 km to the train station, from which you can go to Tampere (12 min) and Helsinki (1h20min). Great location in the heart of Tampere! Just 50 meters from the main entrance of the new Nokia Arena, 100 meters from train and bus station. House on the shore of the fishy Mahnalanselkä. A peaceful rural location, yet with good transport connections in many directions. A garden plot where the sun shines almost all day. You can admire the sunset from the lake thanks to the rowing boat, two kayaks and two paddleboards at your disposal. A long, shallow, soft-bottomed beach heads west. The wood-fired sauna offers good steam. Use of the outdoor hot tub must be arranged separately. Fully equipped kitchen.

You will be staying in a separate house built in the late 1800s, which has been renovated in recent years into a relaxation space for our family. In addition to the sauna, the space has a small refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, breakfast dishes, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, towels, blankets, pillows, bed linen, video projector, games, reading and a poorly tuned guitar. A children's travel cot or a sister's bed on the floor is available upon request.
