Apartment holiday rentals in Sarti Beach

This was the second time for us and we felt like home as the first time. House has more than you need and hosts Zoe and Nestor treat you like family. We would definetly want to visit again.

Meine Freundin und ich waren rundum glücklich mit dem apartment. Das Highlight war natürlich die überragende Aussicht vom Balkon. Wir wurden super freundlich empfangen und haben einige tolle Tipps für die Insel bekommen. Alles war total sauber und die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Wir würden auf jeden fall wieder kommen und die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen!!:)

Eine sehr abgelegene Unterkunft, aber eine traumhafte Lage die seinesgleichen sucht mit einem Privatzugang zu einem wundervollen Strand. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit als auch die Nachbarschaft. Ein schöner Ort, um richtig entspannen zu können. Die Kommunikation war auch immer einfach und sehr schnell. Die Unterkunft an sich ist sehr einfach gehalten, aber total ausreichend, weil die außergewöhnliche Lage das Hauptaugenmerk ist. Absolute Weiterempfehlung ! Auch für Familien und Kinder sehr gut geeignet. Gerne wieder

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt! Ende Oktober ist die Saison vorüber und es war kaum etwas los und vieles schon geschlossen, was wir aber okay fanden und die Ruhe sehr genossen haben. Die Wohnung ist genau wie auf den Bildern – modern, geräumig und gemütlich. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet, sogar mit Basics wie Öl und Salz, was sehr praktisch war. Iro ist eine fantastische Gastgeberin, die viel Wert auf Sauberkeit und Komfort legt. Sie hat sich wirklich darum gekümmert, dass wir uns rundum wohlfühlen. Empfehlenswert!

Dimitri’s studio was a fantastic place to stay — clean, comfortable, and perfectly located, with an amazing sea view! Afitos is a beautiful town with charming streets and excellent restaurants just a short walk away. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway!

Prachtige locatie met een bijna prive-strand zodra je de afdaling trotseert Het water kleurt hier net zo als wij alleen nog maar in ‘the Caribbean’ hebben gevonden Appartement is ruim, erg schoon en alles is aanwezig Toilet is aan de kleine kant Host is extreem vriendelijk en behulpzaam, als er iets was kwam er snel reactie en een oplossing Appartement ligt aan best drukke doorgaande weg, maar Afytos is aan te lopen Bovendien rijden er taxi’s af en aan ;-) Dit is misschien wel het mooiste plekje op Kassandra

Die Wohnung ist nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß vom wunderbaren Latoura Beach entfernt. Kommunikation war top, die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, hat einen tollen Balkon und verfügt über viele nützliche Dinge, die man für einen Strandurlaub benötigt (wie zB Sonnenschirm, Strandhandtücher, Beachball-Set etc) Das Bett ist bequem und die Küche voll ausgestattet. Absolute Empfehlung!

Je recommande la chambre. Idéalement placé, jolie vue, bien équipée.

Wir hatten leider nur 3 Tage Zeit und wollten vor allem Kassandra und Sithonia erkunden. Hierfür war die Lage der Unterkunft ideal. Die Matratzen waren schön hart, so wie wir es lieben. Die Nächte waren himmlisch leise (aber man darf sich am Kühlschrank im Raum nicht stören). Das Bad ist geräumig und sauber. Wir waren viel unterwegs und haben die Küche nicht benutzt. Leider auch nicht den Balkon., von dem aus man wunderschön auf Olivenbäume schaut. Parkplätze gibt es direkt vor der Wohnanlage. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

The apartment is in a perfect location—just a few minutes’ walk from the center! It was spotlessly clean, and everything was very nice and comfortable. Arjan is a great host—always responsive and extremely helpful. He gave us great local recommendations and replied to our requests immediately. A very friendly and lovely family! We stayed as two friends, but the apartment is spacious and comfortable enough for a family or a group of 4–6 people. We’ll definitely recommend it to our friends visiting Neos Marmaras. A wonderful experience—we truly felt at home!

We had an amazing stay at Athina’s place! Her mum, Olga was a great host. Their place is very spacious and secluded. The apartment has a private entry, with a terrace looking over the sea, and it was great to have a coffee in the morning! The kitchen and dining room have everything one needs for a vacation, bedrooms are equipped with wardrobes and hangers. There is also a washing machine at your disposal! Our family of five (three generations) enjoyed a lot in nearby hikes and swims!

A real home from home. Thanasis and Georgia and sons were so welcoming, warm and friendly. Thank you so much for a great stay. Thanasis made such a difference to our holiday, recommending all the best places to visit. The accommodation was beautiful and in a great location. Our 2 year old loved running around the beautiful garden. Hope to see you again, Jen, Steve & Theo xxx

cozy apartments

Great good size apartment with 2 big balconies, a bit dark but makes it chill in hot summer, it was very clean, comfortable bed and all appliances needed, we had a great stay! Only downside was that the parking is not included on the spot (only paid across the street or free public parking further in the Main Street) and the laundry machine was rusty and mouldy.

Unser Aufenthalt bei Ioannes war wirklich wunderbar. Die Beschreibung der Bilder entspricht genau dem, was wir vorgefunden haben: die Wohnung war modern und ästhetisch eingerichtet, ordentlich und sauber. Vom Sonnenschirm für den Strand über Bügelbrett bis zu Töpfen und Pfannen war alles da, was man für einen schönen Urlaub benötigt. Und dazu befindet man sich noch direkt am Meer! Ioannes war sehr sympathisch und hat uns freundlich in Kalyves empfangen. Besonders gut hat uns die Flexibilität und Gastfreundschaft von Ioannes gefallen: wir konnten nicht nur morgens um 01.00 Uhr (aufgrund des sehr späten Flugs) problemlos in die Wohnung einchecken, sondern wurden auch noch mit einer Kleinigkeit zu essen begrüßt. Der Kontakt mit Ioannes war angenehm, reibungs- und problemlos. Wir können die Wohnung in jedem Fall weiterempfehlen.

Tolle Lage, direkt am Strand! Sehr freundlicher Vermieter, hat immer direkt geantwortet und war sehr höflich und sehr nett. Auch bei Problemen schnelle und sehr nette Reaktion. Unkomplizierter Check-in über Schlüsselsafe.

Particularitatea a fost cazarea la trecerea dintre ani. Am cautat un loc langa mare, cu semineu, pentru a ma simti ca acasa. Pentru asteptarile mele a fost fix ce cautam. Cred ca si vara e un loc placut. Cu gazda am comunicat foarte bine, mi-a pus lemne la dispozitie, nu cred ca o sa aveti nevoie de asta vara :) Vizitez frecvent cazari cu seminee si stiu ca proprietarii ofera doar cateva lemne, pentru atmosfera. Aici nu a fost cazul. Oricum am avut un sac cu lemne in portbagaj, aduse din Romania :)) Locuinta e bine dotata, locul e primitor, mult lemn si piatra. Pentru noi a fost o experienta placuta.

Yorgos was the best host I have ever had. He made us feel immediately like a part of family. He bought a milk for us an evening before we arrived and placed it in the fridge, as our son can’t fall asleep without the milk. Next day he invited us to his house (which is right downstairs) and introduced us to his family and invited us to cook and eat pizza with them. On the beach he gave us the big sun umbrella for free, and brought our kids for a tour in his coolest boat! He treated us with ice cream and local olives! His family is very lovely and they all speak great English. I feel like going there next summer again! Thank you Yorgos and the family, we felt very happy and at home during our summer holidays! 😇🙏🏻🥰

Nice and clean apartment with air conditioner in every room and enough space for up to 5 persons. Big jacuzzi in the balcony - perfect for the hot weather. Apartment close to the beach and restaurants with very delicious food. Would recommend to others.

Great place to rest in Pefkohori. One of the best places I've ever stayed. The apartment had everything you needed. The bathtub is a super good idea. After the beach, taking a nice bath is a great experience. The bedroom is great and very comfortable and the lighting throughout the apartment creates a great ambiance in the evening. Amazing place, definitely recommend. It is meters away from the historic center of Pefkohori with its small and wonderful restaurants, different from the commercial restaurants along the beach street. Great apartment.

We had a great stay at Stella's place. Suite B was perfect for our family of four. Everything was clean and comfortable. The garden and hot tub were great too. And Stella was a very friendly and kind host. Highly recommended.

I can highly recommend Dimitrios Apartments. You have everything what you need, quiet neighbourhood with enough parking spaces and 3 min walking from the main street with all the Restaurants and shops. People who come here, won't be disappointed. Dimitrios is very friendly, also his Parents. Best regards to all of them.

great place received upgraded room by host. fantastic pool with whirlpool option! nice sunbeds, nice olive garden super cute bar at the pool with vending machines with coffee, drinks, water. spacious rooms with big bathroom, nice kitchen with everything you need at hand. pool and garden very cosy at night with nice lighting. near restaurants and shops. very kind and communicative host. very clean accomodation!
