We had a very good time in Lakis family apartment. The host was very responsive and helped us immediately with what we needed. The apartment is very clean, bright and tidy. The area is quiet, right in a small village and you have just around the corner supermarket, ice cream shop, cafes, restaurants. We highly recommend it! Thank you so much!

The most beautiful place we ever have been, both surroundings and location. The concept of the building is unique, fit perfectly with nature, its shape, its colour, its design are great. The apartament is new, perfect for two, high quality appliances, linen, towels, the kitchen has everithing you may need...exceptional. 3 minutes to the shore, cristal clear water, 5 min to the other beach ( has a beach bar an sun beds)...Olga, Anastasios Iulia very warm people, very responsive and take care to feel like home. If you're looking for peaceful and quiet vacation this is the right place. Beach and private pool are just few steps away, apartment have everything you need and host is great! We had a wonderful stay. The Appartement was well equipped. We loved the lovely decoration and the comfortable firniture which made the Appartemebt very cozy. The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden (our kids loved the playground). The host was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much.

This 2-day stay was more than perfect! All the information about the accessibility of the accommodation, the WiFi, the parking was given before my arrival! The space was more than clean and there was everything you needed to prepare basic dishes! The service is of very good quality, the day after my arrival the towels have been changed, the coffee restocked! It was perfect! The outside is also great: Sunbed, garden table! I would recommned this property There is everything nearby: Restaurants, bakery, supermarkets! Once again, thank you for everything!

An ideal place to relax, with welcoming hosts, a quiet, comfortable and intimate location, with the possibility of choosing several pleasant ways of spending your time: a beautiful wild beach is nearby, and a walk of about 5 minutes are numerous restaurants and bars with the impeccably landscaped beach area. Thank you for everything! Apartment was lovely, clean and spacious. There were everything we needed. Unfortunately the air conditioning didn’t work but the host tried to fix it and fortunately it wasn’t too hot because it was May. The poolarea was awesome! The village was small and quiet, but there were several good restaurants in the center and also by the beach. The beach was nice and the water was very clear. We could definitely come back!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful and spacious house! The place was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. The beach is just 5-7 minute drive away, which made it super convenient to enjoy the sea without the crowds. The real highlight, though, was the hosts - they were incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. You can really tell they care about their guests. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a peaceful and well-located getaway!

We had a really nice stay at Maria's place in Nea Sikonia! The house was well equipped with all the appliances we needed for a comfortable family stay. House location is in the heart of the village, just steps away from the beach, charming village center, and a variety of great restaurants but at the same time in a quite small alley. Nea Sikonia itself is a picturesque village with a lovely square and a street lined with restaurants and cafes right in front of the beach and small harbor Traveling by car is ideal for exploring nearby places like Agia Paraskevi, Chaniotis, Pefkochori, Paliouri among others all of which are just a short drive away. Most importantly Maria is incredible host, kind and responsive, always ready to assist with any questions and local recommendations and welcomed us with a great home made Limoncello Last but not least Maria warmly welcomed our Jack Russell, Eddy, who had the freedom to run freely around in the house's yard and enjoy the vacation with us.

Pool area is amazing 👌 nearby villages are very nice for dinner. Beach in front of the house is not very nice but a short car ride there are other nice ones. Highly recommend Xiropotamos beach

House located in a great location. Although close to the street, it is very quiet. Beautiful garden with olive and orange trees. Sea view balcony great for relaxation. Nikolas is helpful and very kind. House as pictured and description. Great week of rest!

The house is great, has all required facilities, the living area is big, the location is very close to the sea and great Salonikiou beach, literally 3 minutes on foot, the area is quiet and not crowded. There is a shower with the hot water outside and huge barbeque area. The overall design of the garden was a pleasure for our eyes. Everything corresponds to the pictures on Airbnb. The check-in and check-out process is transparent, there was the host on site at the check-in time. The response time of the host is in minutes (very quick), the host is polite and friendly, tries to resolve the issues as quick as possible (when they understand the issue). A car is a must, there are no shops around, the closest groceries shop is 10–15-minute drive. The house has a private parking area. On the negative side, every issue turned into two: to persuade the host that it was a genuine one and then to resolve it. Summary: a good place to stay.

First of all if the host is terrible then it doesn't matter what the house/town looks like. Thankfully this is not the case as Yannis is extremely friendly, helpful, cooperative and at the same time non-intrusive. Plus the small handmade gifts make you feel you stayed at a friend. Then is the house which is as described. You have absolutely everything you need to feel like home. Plus is the closed parking place and the own garden with two tables with total 10 chairs! And all this is located in very peaceful and quiet part of a small village with a clean water beach. If I have to be picky the only negatives are the unclean sand (due to lack of many beach bars to clean it I suppose) and limited number of restaurants although even the present ones are still good enough. Overall we are very satisfied with our choice of Yannis house.

We had a great stay in this cosy apartment in Kallithea!

The apartment is just as described, quite comfortable and convenient for a family with two small children. It is close to the city center. We drove to the beaches, but if you prefer to walk, it's probably around 15 minutes. We had everything we needed to prepare a meal, including a large refrigerator and a well-equipped bathroom. The only thing that might be improved is the mattresses, which could be a bit more comfortable :) Highly recommended, and if we come again, we'll stay here :)

George and his family were very friendly and always helpfull. We had a lot of fun. Our doughter played a lot on the playground and had a lot of fun cuddling the dogs. Beautiful beaches are nearby, just 2 -3 Minutes on foot. Thank you very much for your hospitality. I hope to see you soon.

Good and cosy flat everything is clean and tidy. It has all necessary things, newly refurbished. A little small but perfect for a couple. The owner was absolutely welcoming and hospitable.

The flat is well designed and space is smartly utilised. Fully equipped with everything a household needs. An excellent hospitality pack - many homemade products (e.g. marmalade, honey) Airconditioning works well and there are also windows/balcony to the front and back of the flat. Beaches and bars easily accessible by car or bicycles. WiFi was good but maybe not suitable for heavy data usage if one needs to connect to servers abroad for his/her work, but then again you re there for vacations so not necessarily a bad thing.
