Fazenda centenária com visual imperdível e pôr do sol maravilhoso. Conta com piscina de borda infinita e cachoeira. É uma fazenda histórica de antiga plantação de café, com caseiros residentes para apoio. O acesso à cachoeira é feito por trilha de 10 a 15 minutos. Há Wi-Fi nas duas casas. Não há sinal de celular nos dois casarões, com sinal disponível somente na casa dos caseiros, a cerca de 30 metros do loft. Ideal para quem deseja se desconectar da cidade e se reconectar com a natureza.
