I had an amazing experience staying at Dominic’s place! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described. The check-in process was seamless, and Dominic was super responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The location was ideal—close to everything we needed but still peaceful and quiet at night. We especially loved the balcony and windows with the views. Also, the beds were very comfortable, we had great sleeps all three nights! Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Saskatoon. Thanks again, Dominic, for being such a thoughtful and accommodating host!

It was a very beautiful home, and offered the much needed rest and relaxation we needed on short notice. Right downtown so easy to find shopping and food. Very clean and milo was very responsive and understanding. Will definitely book again when in Saskatoon. Thanks again

My boyfriend and I stayed for a little over a week. Check-in was super easy. The suite came with everything we need. Toilet paper, laundry detergent, cooking utensils, and all the usual necessities! Very peaceful and friendly neighborhood, with food and grocery stores just right down the road. I will say the early mornings were a little noisy upstairs, but we did not mind much.. it never bothered us. The suite was decorated beautifully and felt cozy. We would love to come back again! Needed a place to stay during my road trip and Charlemagne was gracious enough to not only book us in last minute but also extend our stay when needed. The place was lovely and the bedding was even more so! Definitely recommend to anyone who needs a place to stay in Saskatoon!!

We would highly recommend Jennifer's B&B. It was clean, the bed was very comfortable. the location was easy walking to many amenities. We especially appreciated the having enough coffee for our entire stay. We hope to be back.

This was a great place to stay for the weekend with a group! Check in was easy, the location was great for what we were looking for, and the space felt like home. The backyard space was great for the warm weather! The beds were all extremely comfortable as well! Overall a great stay!

Queenie’s house was ideal for me as it was close to family functions on the east side. Queenie was great in her communication about check in. Felt very safe as locks on doors, separate entrance.

We came to Saskatoon for a funeral and it was such a blessing to have such a comfortable, quiet place to retreat to when we had time. Having an entire house also made visiting with family easier, and it was a beautiful home with everything we needed, including lots of toys for our 1-year-old to play with! It really made our trip very enjoyable.

We were celebrating my cousin’s engagement and were seeking a cute, quiet location to spend quality time together - this place delivered that and more! Would stay here again!

Would book again! Being on the 20th floor provided amazing view of the city and of the river thanks to the huge windows facing both downtown and the river as well as the wrap around balcony and rooftop patio access. We we were close to the river paths and easy to access the main of the downtown as well as easy to access the university/university hospital if that's what you're booking for. Extremely minor things to note; one bed was soft and the other firm (great if you have a preference). I would recommend bringing your own pillows if you prefer firmer ones. the sink tap in the bathroom would randomly go hot (but I don't think that's an owner issue more of a building issue; shower temp. and pressure were great though). There were extra blankets scattered around the apartment if you needed which was fantastic (under the TV stand, on the bedroom dressers). The fans in each bed room and indoor air conditioning was perfect while there was smoke in the air for a day due to a fire nearby.

Michael meet us at the entrance on our arrival, everything was clear for entry and he gave some helpful advice about the height of the parking garage. beautiful views until the widow smoke rolled in but that wasn't the fault of the unit! would highly recommend.

Absolutely beautiful place to stay. The condo is clean and comfortable and exactly as shown in the pictures. The underground parking is convenient and easy to access. The hosts are friendly and very quick to respond. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We anppreciated our time at Michael’s place. The kitchen was very well stocked for cooking, and the place was very clean, with quality furnishings. There were enough towels and supplies for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed walking along the river in the evenings. 👍

This was such a great place to stay! The interior is clean and bright and the location is very central. The elevator was down temporarily on check in and Jennifer was very responsive and proactive and made the process very smooth! I highly recommend this place to anyone staying in Saskatoon!

If you're looking to stay in the Riversdale district in Saskatoon, Michael's place is comfortable and convenient. The top-floor apartment is modern, quiet, and spacious with a well-equipped kitchen, secure underground parking, and plenty of restaurants, bars, breweries and coffeeshops a short walk away. The river is minutes away, with trails extending through most of downtown. Michael was always available for anything we needed, and graciously provided us a pack-away crib for our toddler at the last minute. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would love to stay at Michael's again in the future.

My friends and I stayed here for a weekend event, and we enjoyed our stay here. It was quiet and private, but close enough to amenities and businesses as needed, and it was in a convenient location to access the highway to either enter downtown or leave the city. The proximity of the unit to the assigned parking spaces and not needing to use the stairs or elevator to access the unit was a plus.
