The Island House Lake View Homestay In Kochi

Enjoy the cool sea breeze and bask in the morning sun at The Island house Kochi. The sprawling homestay has 2 bedrooms (Both Airconditioned) which can accomodate 6 pax (Two extra beds will be provided for the extra two guests) is close to Kochi and has a touch of Kerala peeking through its decor. The 1920s styled retro staircase is a beautiful blast from the past. Tastefully done bedrooms with poster beds, wooden furniture and elegant wallpaper decors, adds a touch of royalty to the ambience.

Welcome to our heritage home and cottage 9 km from the town of Kannur on the banks of the river where it forms a lake with islands . House has two bedrooms and the cottage, three. Total 5. Guests get one bedroom per couple booked, two bedrooms for 4 people and so on. We normally host one couple/group at a time, other bedrooms remain vacant. Free use of common spaces , gardens , pool ,Kayaks, snooker table etc. Speedboat with driver if available is chargeable. Breakfast is included.
