Peter Senior was an excellent host, you could tell the passion he put into building the cabin. Beautiful interior with a peaceful calm location. He even offered a ride to the supermarket in the morning. Highly Recommended!

I recently stayed at Iulia Place with my family, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The accommodation was comfortable, clean, and provided a great base for exploring the region. Although the main attractions we visited, such as the Happy Cemetery and Bârsana Monastery, were not local, the location of Iulia Place made it easy for us to reach these amazing sites. The garden was a great space for our kids to play, and we appreciated the convenient parking right on-site. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and ensured we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. I highly recommend Iulia Place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in the area. We would definitely return!

Very nice place. Very good contact with the host in English . Large, well-maintained rooms. Two bathrooms. Clean linens, towels, cleaning supplies, everything feels like home. A very nicely decorated home with a large living room with a kitchen and another upstairs with a kitchenette, two refrigerators (private in the room) each room with a key . I recommend it for a large group.

Had great time in this nice house. 300mbit internet and hammock in garden is good match for remote workers. Ioana is very friendly host :) House was clean and well prepared.

Very nice house. Communication with the host worked very well, only the translation of the language was somewhat problematic with various translations. Ultimately, the info came over that was important. Gladly come back BeWer

What a fantastic experience!! We spent two nights here but we know next time we go longer! This Airbnb has everything you need, just bring your food and you don't need to leave the place... except for a nice walk by the fields of corn, sunflowers and trees... Such gorgeous scenery, we explored it one evening and was wonderful. The house is very spacious, extremely comfortable beds and clean!! It has everything you need - Coffee maker, toaster, microwave, fridge, stove, outdoor grill area with everything you might potentially need!! The highlight for me and the kids was the sauna and the pool!! The yard is huge as well, set up with soccer goals, badminton, and other games... kids were never bored!! We enjoyed watching some movies together in the evening at the huge (I mean HUGE) screen TV in the living room- its wonderful the host gives you access to their Netflix subscription so lots of good options to watch! I highly recommend this place, I know we will be back soon!!

We had a wonderful stay for a family reunion. Marius is an excellent host always happy to guide and assist. The facilities were excellent, spacious and very well equipped. Location was lovely and peaceful with plenty of space to roam. We enjoyed table tennis, tennis and pool with all equipment loaned to us. Some extra guests were able to be hosted on-site in further private accommodation. Pool was unheated which unfortunately stopped some of our guests from using it but was still refreshing for some of us to cool down in from the heat of the day. It was clean and well maintained on the terrace. There is no hot tub (just a bath tub in one of the bathrooms) but we found out it could be possible to take a therapeutic sulphur spring water bath by arrangement! A couple of dogs on-site which were not always welcome but our host’s dog was lovely friendly company for most. A great place to stay and highly recommended. We’d be happy to return another time. Simply beautiful, if you are looking for peace and quiet, this is the place to be. Great house with enough space, pool, hot tub and the beautiful view. Dear, friendly and eager hosts,there was nothing missing. Thank you for the nice holiday, we felt very comfortable.

As described. We were very pleased.

It was a quiet weekend, no noise from the cars, very nice area. The people at the cottage (stay in houses next to) helped us with anything we needed, but especially with firewood at the tub and heating in the cottage. We had everything for the grill, cutlery, glasses, etc. I highly recommend.

It’s exactly as it should be. Calin is helpful and easygoing. Everything went well. Unfortonatly we don’t had the time to stay longer, but next time we going to enjoy the hottube too!

Good apartment in a good location. Nice view of the city from the balcony. Keep in mind that there are no balconies for all apartments, so ask about it at check-in. If I had to put my finger on something, it's that there is no electric kettle, and that not all cookware is top notch. Thus, pots and pans are a little worn. But the admin asked several times if I was missing anything, so I could have let him know. Incidentally, a well-maintained building. Locked area with its own parking for the apartment.

The apartment is very nicely arranged, very comfortable, clean, and Florin provided us with everything we needed and guided us to the apartment, check-in is very easy.

It's a very good location. It was close to the train station and also the supermarket. The apartment is very clean and big. They have everything in there. I was very happy to stay in Satu Mare and had a comfortable time in my room.

New and very clean and pleasant apartment

The place is in the middle of Baia Mare, walking distance to several restaurants, old town and supermarkets. The apartment is furnished with old furniture, giving a nice feeling of warmness. Beds are confortable. Bathrooms are a bit old, however they are very clean. Matyas is a very responsive host and fixed a broken bulb imediatly. I will come back, especially as I liked the balcony view and the coffee machine!
