This unique, art-filled apartment is in a listed 1939 building by Mon Repos park, 2 min from metro & center. You’ll enjoy 100 m² of private space (5.5 rooms total, 135 m²). I usually live here but will be away: you will have full privacy. One bedroom stays closed for groups under 6 people. unless needed. If you needs more comfort in separate rooms (e.g. 2 guests in 2 beds, or 3 in 3), I’ll open it for CHF 40/night. All are welcome, wherever you’re from, whatever you believe, whoever you love.

Just 15 minutes from Lausanne, 30 minutes from Montreux (Riviera) or Les Paccots, 1 hour from Champéry and 1 hour 15 minutes from Verbier, in the municipality of Corcelles-le-Jorat, we welcome you in a charming outbuilding completely restored in 2016, with magnificent views of the Fribourg Alps. Today it is a charming cottage with an area of about 55 m2, very comfortable, tastefully decorated and can accommodate up to 4 people. We will welcome you in French, German, or English.

Ideal place for 2 with desks for remote work, balcony with beautiful view, well equipped kitchen, peaceful and centrally-located! I will be renting it during my travels, there is a comfortable queen bedroom, plus double sofa bed, a kitchen, toilet, living room with desks, balcony with scenic view. Please note the place can only be rented to **non smokers**. The place is only for temporary accomodation and cannot be used as registration address for residence permit in Lausanne.

Very bright dual-aspect apartment with 2 balconies. One faces south-east, overlooking a communal garden so it's quiet, ideal for a sunny breakfast and lunch. Spacious room with desk. The apartment is located in the city center so close to all amenities. 3 min walk to Place de la Riponne and its metro, Flon district. 20 min walk from the train station. Multiple bus stops around the apartment. Covered parking at Le Valentin is a 1-min walk away.

The entire place is at the guest's disposal. The apartment is located in a quiet and peaceful location close to shops ( Coop, denner, migros, ...) restaurants and pharmacies, but also stops public transport ( metro and buses). I would like to clarify that the accommodation does not have free parking space. However, guests by vehicle can park their cars in public parking lots. Blue spots are free. You have to have a record.
