Newer nice facility with many eating and grocery options within walking distance . Pool was very nice and whole property was clean and well kept. Grills are available for use by pool area. Unit has basic spices available. Lots of closet space to keep your belongings from cluttering main areas. Washer and dryer worked well. Very much enjoyed our family time here. No cards or games so if you like that sort of thing, bring your own. Dollar General quick walk from unit. :)

We enjoyed our trip immensely! Lots of local shops and restaurants near by, beach just a short walk and tons of onsite amenities. We’d absolutely stay here again. Thanks so much Steven. You and your condo are much appreciated 💜

Well, I didn’t personally stay at Sharon‘s place, but my mom did and she couldn’t have had more positive things to say about this property. It will be her new go to home away from home while visiting the grandkids. 10/10.

This place was peaceful and very relaxing. The host communicated effectively throughout my stay. Please walk the nature trail it is breathtaking and adds so much more to the stay.

We had a wonderful stay at the Spa Room 3215! David and his family were exceptional hosts! The condo was newly renovated and everything was just as described in the listing! We frequently stay in airbnd, vrbo, and timeshare condos. We were most impressed with the welcome snacks, well stocked kitchen area to include cookware, a variety of spices, seasonings, and so many other things needed to prepare a meal in a home away from home! Dish detergent, paper towels, laundry pods, trash bags, ziplock bags and food storage containers among other things were also available which was totally awesome! The unit also had lots of books, games, beach chairs, beach towels, beach toys, and so many more useful things to help us have an enjoyable stay! The Spa itself is a perfect location, right off the beach! Our stay was very quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed grilling out beside the beach and sitting on the swing watching the waves! We also attended the Mitchelville Juneteenth Celebration up the street.

Short but lovely stay. Beautiful property and very comfortable studio. Terri was very personable and very helpful with area and dining recommendations. We love the area and hope to return!

The condo was quite impressive! Made us all feel at home. Bed extremely comfortable and everything was pristine clean! We came for the Army Graduation and this particular condo was so close to activities. Hostess was personable and quick to answer any question. Thank you Courtney!

Loved this place! Perfect location, being right next to the indoor pool was a hit for the kids. Short walk to the beach and restaurant through the boardwalk. We enjoyed every minute of our stay here.

The unit was ideal, facing the ocean and a short boardwalk stroll to the beach! The room was clean, comfortable and very quiet at night. We quickly felt at home and had everything we needed! Dorothy was easy to communicate with and her directions perfectly clear. The beach bar is steps away and perfect for a simple lunch by the pool. Once leaving the resort, the array of amazing restaurants within a short 5-10 minute drive was more than we expected! As per our note to Dorothy when we left, we will absolutely be back on our next trip to Hilton Head!

We could not ask for a better host. Patty provided everything we needed and more. She is so friendly, helpful and accommodating. She truly goes above and beyond to ensure the best stay possible. I have stayed here multiple times and hope to stay again in the future. I would absolutely recommend staying here.

Had a fabulous stay at Mike and Rachel’s home. Love the location, especially that it was on the beach especially since we have children. The unit was spacious, clean and just as described. Had plenty of games and TVs in all rooms for watching shows or movies. Parking was very convenient and fit our mid size suv under the covered garage area right by elevator to our unit. Condo was super easy to get to on the first floor and definitely oceanfront. Although we were on the first floor, we could still see 98% of the ocean over the dunes and easily hear the waves crashing from the balcony. We got to see a family of rabbits hopping through the dune grasses and 99.9% of the time no one is seen between our balcony and the ocean… giving the feeling of seclusion in a populated area. Everything worked as it should in every room in the condo… fantastic TVs, extremely good shower heads, sturdy beach chairs, stout beach umbrella w/ anchor, comfortable plush leather sofa, and a very comfy form fitting memory foam king bed with plenty of pillows for even the finicky sleeper. 99% of my kitchen needs were met…i’ll remember the cooking spray next time. The plush white sand was a pleasant surprise as well as how level and firm the sand gets when the tide goes out, great for bocce ball! BTW, just about any kind of tent, wind shade or popup is allowed on the beach.

We stayed a couple of nights in Marks condo, and it was lovely and relaxing! Easy walking to the beach and the pool which is great with an 18 month old! We are from the UK so it was really handy having the chairs, umbrella and beach toys with the condo. Would recommend, and would happily stay there again!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful condo in Hilton Head! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach. The condo itself was immaculate and thoughtfully decorated. It was clear that a lot of care went into making sure everything was clean and comfortable. The host was fantastic—she communicated quickly and provided us with all the information we needed, including recommendations for nearby restaurants and activities. It made the whole experience so much smoother and stress-free. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient getaway in Hilton Head. We can’t wait to return!

We had a great week! Beautiful view, spacious condo and very comfortable! The kids loved the pool and lake access both within walking distance. We also enjoyed paddle boarding and nearby hikes! Definitely recommend- we will be back.

Dr. K's home was beautiful. From the moment we pulled into the neighborhood everything was peaceful and amazing. We entered the home and it was just as described in the listing. Rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable as well as the couches. We will stay here again the next time we are on Georgia!!!

This is a nice house with a lot of really great perks. The golf cart, kayaks, fishing rods, beach equipment, and more made it easy to enjoy the week. The location is peaceful and ideal for fishing but not perfect for swimming or waves; we went to adjacent Hunting Island State Park for the kids to ride waves (a state park pass is included by the host). We enjoyed our week!

Derek was more the helpful from start to finish. There was nothing I didn't need he didn't have or went out and got. Very respectful and all around great guy. The place it self fit every need I had for my trip and will definitely book again. 5 stars🌟

The place was exactly like described in the listing. We did have issue with keypad checking in but the issue was resolved immediately. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

The house absolutely met our needs for a brief weekend stay. The large lounging sofa in the living room was very nice. Beds were comfortable and home was not cluttered. Our main concerns were: * Carpet needs to be replaced or deep cleaned. Felt dirty on bare feet and there were lots of stains. * Exterior landscaping. Trees and bushes were overgrown so they were hanging over the walkway to front door, back deck stairs and the driveway. If the above items are addressed then we would absolutely stay again in the future!
