En été il fait naturellement tres frais ( pas plus que 23 !) car construit en pierre et abrite. Il y a une petite cuisine équipée et salle de bain, douche italienne. Parfait pour des sportifs, amoureux de la nature, les passionnes de vélo ou voyageurs en route. Charmant, avec un deco soigné en matériaux naturelles; bois, pierre, metal...

Old forge in the heart of the Pilat Natural Park

On the heights of Roisey, between Pélussin and Maclas, at the end of a cul-de-sac, our cottage found refuge in an 18th century former farmhouse, classified by the Heritage Foundation. It is a remarkable natural site located right under the Crete de l 'Oillon and the' Trois Tooth ' ; it faces the Rhone, Drôme and Alps valleys. Through the many nearby paths, you will discover a strong and still preserved nature. Quiet is total.

Everything is done for your independence and well-being. After enjoying your day on the the Via Fluvia or Via Rhôna way, the "safari of Peaugres", in the ballooning and after a hard day of work. Take time and relax with a shower, dining area and patio. You can finally sleep in a king size bed while enjoying the beautiful cool nights of the green Ardèche. Your first morning coffee or tea will be offered.

Gîte le Mignonet - Annonay

i welcome you to a home with all amenities. A small kitchenette with microwaves, oven, gas hob. A living room with a sofa bed, sleeping in 140, a bedroom with a 140 bed as well, and a bathroom with shower. I have an extra bed in 80 that is in the room. So cottage with 5 beds but be careful with the space which is still reduced. The maximum to be well remains the number of 3 people.
