Upstairs, a bedroom with a large bed and another bedroom with 2 small beds, next to a separate toilet from a bathroom with walk-in shower. Outside, a beautiful enclosed courtyard with garden furniture and BBQ.

Welcome to Villa Germaine, a house with a direct view of the Seine that my spouse, Jérôme, and I have renovated with a view to welcoming you for a Burgundy getaway in the heart of a National Natural Park. We will be keen to make you have a very pleasant time with this beautiful house and its exterior in the immediate vicinity of the Douix ("one of the most beautiful bottoms in the world", according to TF1) as well as the city center of Châtillon-sur-Seine.

Equipped with full amenities: dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, ping-pong table, board games. Guests will enjoy a 1 ha park with pond, geese and horses. You will travel the surrounding country roads thanks to two electric bikes and an urban bike at your disposal.

A kitchen area equipped with a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave and a table for 6 people open to the living room where you will find a 2-seater sofa bed. Bathroom with toilet (towels not included). Upstairs bedroom with a double bed as well as a mezzanine with two single beds.

Enjoy elegant and comfortable accommodation with a small terrace area.

Imagine a small house with blue shutters in a quiet alley in the heart of the village. Downstairs, 2 large bright rooms and a bathroom (all new). Upstairs, 2 interconnecting rooms. This is my grandmother Germaine's house, set in a garden of lawn and flowers.
