Une petite maison d'architecte chaleureuse en bois pour deux personnes avec son jardin privatif. Elle se trouve dans un verger au milieu des arbres fruitiers dans le calme et le silence. Située sur une butte, c'est un balcon sur la campagne bourguignonne, dans le Tonnerrois à proximité de Chablis et aux portes de la Champagne. J’habite à côté, je suis très disponible pour des conseils, des suggestions. Un ciel souvent fabuleux pour les amateurs d’astronomie.

An additional relaxing room, a dining room overlooking the courtyard, as well as a separate toilet and laundry room. Upstairs, a bedroom with a large bed and another bedroom with 2 small beds, next to a separate toilet from a bathroom with walk-in shower. Outside, a beautiful enclosed courtyard with garden furniture and BBQ.

Imagine a small house with blue shutters in a quiet alley in the heart of the village. Downstairs, 2 large bright rooms and a bathroom (all new). Upstairs, 2 interconnecting rooms. This is my grandmother Germaine's house, set in a garden of lawn and flowers.

La Cache is a charming cottage nestling below the cliffs and towers of the exquisite medieval town of Semur-en-Auxois. Sitting alongside the Armancon River, you can sit, unseen by passers by, on the balcony with a glass of wine, watching the ducks and listening to the gentle sounds of water, with waterlilies floating below you.
