The house is located in a pedestrian street that starts from the small and charming church of La Selva and overlooks the bay of Varigotti. The area is particularly suitable for walking down to the sea (20 minutes from Selva road, not suitable for vehicles) and for mountain biking and hiking on the hill in Le Manie.

We are at few minutes from Alba, Bra, Barolo, La Morra, Neive, Barbaresco and the main points of interest in Langhe and Roero. Moreover we are 45 minutes from the city of Turin, which can therefore be visited in one day.
