From the moment I arrived, I knew this place was something special. Tucked away in a quiet, peaceful setting, it offered the perfect escape from the usual hustle and bustle. The atmosphere was incredibly serene — birdsong in the morning, gentle breezes through the trees, and an overall sense of calm that made it hard to leave. The space itself was immaculate. Every corner was spotless, and you could tell a lot of care and attention had gone into maintaining the home. The cleanliness alone made it feel like a true sanctuary. What really made the experience stand out was Ariana, the host. He was absolutely perfect, so warm, attentive, and thoughtful in every interaction. From quick responses to helpful local recommendations, he struck the perfect balance of being available without ever feeling intrusive. It's clear he genuinely cares about her guests' experience. If you're looking for a peaceful, clean, and beautifully hosted stay, this is the place.

We had an incredible stay and will definitely be back. Made was so welcoming and professional - he also assisted with ordering dinner to our villa from a nearby restaurant which had the best food ever! Definitely a must stay, awesome view hidden in the jungle.

We stayed here for 2 days. The rooms are clean. The ambiance around the property is peaceful. Hosts are very humble and welcoming. They provided us extra fresh fruits for our baby. The food (breakfast and lunch/dinner) provided is local home cooked, freshly prepared and tasty. Do try the floating breakfast which is one of a kind experience in itself. Loved our stay at this villa! It’s in a super local area, which gave the whole trip a more authentic feel. The place is beautifully designed, and the big bathtub was such a nice touch. The pool is gorgeous too, and we especially enjoyed the little riverside deck just a short walk from the yard—so chill and peaceful. The bed was super comfy, and everything was really clean and well taken care of. Would definitely come back!

This villa was perfect for our stay in Ubud! Peaceful and quiet but still close to the action. The private pool was a godsend on hot Ubud days. Kadek was a really helpful, friendly host: he arranged early check-in for us, transported our suitcase to the villa and sorted a scooter rental for our stay. He also provided super useful extras like plenty of insect repellant and emergency phone numbers. The villa is just off a strip of restaurants, so food is never far away, and it’s only a half an hour walk to central Ubud. We’d happily recommend this place to any couple!

The place was exactly as pictured! beautiful and surrounded by alot of greenary! Ketut was incredibly nice. He brought us umbrellas to the entrance when we came out of our gojek as it was pouring rain late at night. His entire family qas very welcoming & breakfast was also delicious!

Very nice accomodation with 2 cute waterfalls nearby. You can order food by messenger from restaurants since it is a little bit remote.

An incredible place — it felt like having our own private mini resort right on the beach. The staff were absolutely wonderful. We were a group of three adults with two young children (a toddler and an infant), and the property was perfect for us. The pool was fantastic, and we especially loved watching the sunset from the jacuzzi. One of the highlights was the beachfront dinner we arranged to celebrate three birthdays, complete with fireworks — it was truly unforgettable.

If you're intending to experience North Bali, Villa Evi is a great place to stay in. It is very private and is nestled within fields, with a view of the mountains and the sea. Everything is as per the pictures and much more. Love the services provided and everything was made easy. Would highly recommend this wonderful villa.

Booked the villa after seeing reviews from other solo female travelers and I wanted to share that I had a great experience! Putu and the whole team are so kind and responsive. I flew in at night and they helped arrange transport and a late check-in. I always felt safe at the villa and there were tons of spas and restaurants within walking distance. It’s a great choice if you want to be in the heart of Ubud but still want something quiet and peaceful to come home to. Also it is located down a small alley but I came home alone after dark like 11PM twice and it was completely safe.

They gave us a relaxing spa treatment right at the villa and even cooked a special homemade Balinese dinner for my birthday—it was such a thoughtful and memorable surprise. Dewa also arranged all of our tourist excursions, making it so easy to explore Bali without stress. Everything felt smooth, personal, and effortless. Wow! Where do I even begin to describe my experience in such a beautiful sanctuary with lovely hosts and staff?! Lucas and Rossina's home is like nothing I've ever experienced. The minute you walk in to the villa, you are in awe of how beautiful the architecture and lay out of the home is. It's absolutely stunning like out of a magazine! It's an extremely clean villa, the kitchen is equipped with all the amenities that you need. It's a quite and peaceful villa but also steps away from a great street with restaurants and nice shops. The hosts provided a wonderful nanny to take care of my 7 month old, so I could go surf early in the mornings. The staff that cleans the home are the sweetest souls that we all cried when we left, full of hugs and gratitude. I have to say this is one of the best places I've ever stayed in (globally). I will definitely return. They are amazing hosts and if I could I would give this place a 10 star rating! Thank you

We stayed in Mundak - it was very special the surrounding area was majestic the cabins were beautifully fitted. And we did some great trekking and we are very pleased we chose Munduk villas - the only thing it is definitely quite a lot cooler and there’s nothing to do in the evenings - we were fortunate and we had a television in the room which provided Netflix and u tube thank you everyone for making our stay special

Harumi is a super attentive host! He was always smiley and helpful anytime I needed anything. I loved the area where is located, (definitely less busy than Canggu center), and loved the pool area where I could swim most of my days ☺️ I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who travels solo or with their partner! If I’m back in Bali I wouldn’t hesitate to book my stay here again.

I have been to many luxury hotels in Bali but this stay exceeded my greatest expectations! It cannot be described, it simply has to be experienced! I was speechless and for 3 days I could hardly eat from the excitement. The best experience in Bali! it will be very difficult to top this place and my delight! Un petit coin de paradis à 15min de taxi du centre de ubud. Le logement est impeccable. Nous avons eu un massage à deux dans le logement c’était exceptionnelle les masseuses sont adorables. Petit bémol sur l’eau chaude mais vu le temps à Bali.. rien de grave 🫶🏼

We loved the villa. Only issue and no fault of the host was no real good restaurant within walking distance and it was hard carrying our luggage down the long trail leading up to the villa. otherwise villa is private and clean. if you are looking for a place that’s off the beaten path which is clean this is your place!

Wir würden herzlich empfangen. Obwohl wir erst spät ankamen bekamen wir authentisches Junglefood, dass sehr lecker war. Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit verbracht und die Matschceremonie war ein besonderes Erlebnis.
