Only rented out for certain weekends to guests with reviews. (Only for 2 people max.) preferably at least 2 days minimum, but exceptions can be made, (with great review history) Your little haven will have a screened enclosure attached to a private porch. During rental times, there will be no one else using the Hot tub and pool area, it’s all for you! New king size bed, as well. Sorry, this place is not for gatherings, birthday parties, baby showers, etc -of any kind. Absolutely no children.

You'll be given the code prior to entry- Light and bright private studio is warm and welcoming. Make use of the Coffee Bar with lots of amenities, WIFI and YoutubeTV.
