The building is a former paper warehouse of a printing house and very nice to look at. There is a lot of light and despite the downtown location it is nice and quiet inside. From the centrally located place, you can quickly reach all the important places in the city. The RedBull Arena and the Quarterback Arena can be reached in minutes by tram, while every lake is 20 minutes away. The house is located in the second row and has a small garden. A conservatory for sunbathing and relaxing is also included.

You live in the restored half-timbered structure, between old beams, crooked walls and in the evening spotlight a view to the castle - here you will quickly feel transported back to the 19th century. Very charming and well-kept studio in perfect city location with the best connection. In the middle of the popular Plagwitz district and yet absolutely quiet in the courtyard building, a former workshop. The house and apartment have been carefully renovated and individually furnished with a lot of love for detail. The comfortable studio is open with a separate sleeping area, door to the bathroom, spacious living area and private terrace.

From a fully equipped Nobilia kitchen, washing machine, to an ironing board, everything is available. There is also free high-speed Wi-Fi and a smart hygiene concept. And, if something doesn't work as expected, I'll be there within 15 minutes, because I live just around the corner.

The Elster-Park with its approx. 100,000 square meters of gross floor space, is Europe's largest industrial monument from the Gründerzeit [founders' period]. The bright loft with 97 sqm on a total of two levels with an open living and dining area (facing northwest to Nonnenstraße) convinces with a fantastic location and its own boat dock. Leipzig's waterways can be explored with your own 2-person kayak for a small surcharge.
