Die Wohnung von Yani ist perfekt, um die Stadt zu entdecken. Die Lage ist super, von dort aus ist man sehr nah an allen wichtigen Dingen. Zentraler geht es nicht. Außerdem hat man einen Parkplatz zur Verfügung, was wir sehr zu schätzen wussten. Von der Wohnung aus hat man außerdem einen wunderbaren Blick auf die Stadt. Alles in allem ist Yani eine super Gastgeberin, sie kommuniziert sehr gut, reagiert sehr schnell und ist super freundlich! Die Wohnung ist blitzsauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Ich war überrascht über die perfekte Ausstattung - von Kaffee über Zucker bis hin zu Bügeleisen und Föhn, alles da! Danke und unsere beste Empfehlung für Yanis Wohnung!

Es la primera vez con mi familia que pedimos un Airbnb, estoy encantada de que encontraramos el alojamiento de Rossy, es súper cómodo, tranquilo y muy bonito. En general, Rossy fue una estupenda anfitriona ✨ super amable, responsable y respetuosa, siempre estuvo al pendiente de mi y mi familia, incluso como era nuestra primera vez en cuenca, nos recomendo restaurantes y lugares que visitar. Nos recibio muy gentilmente y con chocolates, de verdad que súper recomendado, si en un futuro tengo la oportunidad de volver a cuenca, sin duda escogería el alojamiento de Rossy otra vez. ♥️

Muy bien. Pocos lugares tienen reservación inmediata y en este si pudimos reservar de inmediato. Zona segura. Hay zonas de recreación. Estaba todo limpio. Sin duda regresaría.

Muy confortable el departamento, la ubicación accesible pero no esta justamente tan cerca del centro como para ir caminando, muy organizado, limpio y agradable. Definitivamente regresaría y lo recomiendo.

Fuimos en familia y la experiencia fue perfecta de principio a fin. La casa estaba impecable, muy bien equipada y con una vista hermosa a la naturaleza. La ubicación es ideal para quienes quieren desconectarse y disfrutar del aire puro, pero también está lo suficientemente cerca de la ciudad para cualquier necesidad. Lourdes y Edgar son muy atentos y siempre están a las órdenes para cualquier duda . En realidad , volveríamos mil veces más . ¡Recomendadísimo!

Stayed 1 month at this spacious 3 bedroom condominium in the hills above the main city of Cuenca. All beds were comfortable with plenty of linens. Kitchen has most everything needed to cook at home. Dr. Santiago was friendly, responsive and very helpful with check-in and other concerns. Supermarket and restaurants are 2 minute drive or 10 minute walk. Overall good stay.

-The house was sparkling clean and EVERYTHING was exactly as seen on the pictures. They provided anything under the sun that you would need, you pretty much can come only with your clothes and tooth brush. -The view from the rooms is espectacular, especially when the Tomebamba river is full (the sound of it is so relaxing). -The location is super close to anything that you may need, several pharmacies, mercaditos, restaurants, bakeries, laundry mat if do would rather have a place that washes and irons for you at great rates, but the house has a great laundry area. The neighbors are super friendly. -You can walk 5 minutes to bus stop on Ordonez Lasso, and grab buses to Calle Larga (bus #3), every 10 minutes, or ther bus lines to other areas (I recommend loading the Moovit app on your phone). -If anything breaks, the host will answer your calls quickly and will send person to fix whatever is not working at the moment. -Internet service super fast and reliable (I work online).

This review is for the second month of our stay. We loved this apartment! Perfect for 2 people, good workspace in the second bedroom, beautiful bathrooms and showers, mountain views from the large kitchen window, full washer and dryer in unit. The building is beautiful - clean, fast elevator, helpful 24/7 security guards. There are several restaurants at Plaza 33 next door and other places nearby. The neighborhood is walkable, very close to the tranvia and SuperMaxi. We were sorry to leave! Thanks for everything, Fernanda!

Estuvimos muy cómodos en el alojamiento de Patricia, el departamento es muy lindo y cómodo con todo lo necesario y tuvimos la cunita para mi bebé…. El edificio es muy seguro y tiene una linda área de juegos para niños… Patricia fue una muy buena anfitriona… un lugar al que definitivamente volveremos… recomendado

Maggie’s place was perfect for our 3-night stay in Cuenca. In one word, the condo is spectacular with fantastic indoor and outdoor space. Pride of ownership is obvious! The building is new and very well maintained, secure, and the location is perfect…just a couple of minutes walk to Parque Calderon.and Immaculate Conception church. It exceeded our expectations, and was our best Airbnb experience in Equador. Highly recommend!

This is a special place to stay. Immaculately presented, very helpful and responsive host, and fantastic location. It is in the old part of the city and everything you need is close by. There is muted traffic noise, and church bells are a wake- up call at 6.30am, so if this is likely to bother you, bring earplugs, but the bed is incredibly comfortable, and you’ll sleep well. We really appreciated being able to use a washing machine and dryer, and the offer to store luggage on our checkout day, since we had an evening flight. If we are ever back in Cuenca, we'll stay again.

Our fourth stay here! It is a perfect place in Cuenca! Paola is the best host!
